Chapter 41

-Guys! Line up!

Leon said to the other heroes, so they would help Artemis fight Cecilia. They all encircle her and get ready to fight.

-If that's how you wanna play...

Cecilia said and pulled out some chains that were attached to her pants and swung them all around and hit some of the heroes to knock them out.

-Tik!
Cecilia yelled and he started the Psither's time again to make the situation harder for the heroes. Alexandra slaughtered some that were in the way and then shouted

-Me and Taro will take care of them guys! You deal with her!

The rest of the heroes nodded and went for it.

-What happened to Kimiko and Christian by the way?

Alexandra asked Taro. He lowered his eyes and said

-Kimiko got injured...Christian is taking care of her, they're hiding in a building...

-What?!

-D-Don't worry! Christian has everything under control!...I hope...

Alexandra just looked at him worried and continued fighting the Psithers.

Meanwhile, as the other heroes are trying to fight Cecilia, they always miss and can't do anything about her. She tries to keep her chuckles in but can't.

-YOU'RE the heroes that your cities were relying on? How pathetic!

She said and threw her chains again at the heroes, this time she even caught Leon with them.

-Leon!

Artemis yells and then looks at the masked hero whose name is still unknown. They both nod to each other and run off in different directions. As Leon is being held in the air by the chains cause Cecilia was using her magic at the same time, Artemis runs behind her and the masked hero in front of her, jumps high and shoots many arrows towards her but purposely misses and gets them as close to her as he can.

-Is this a joke?

Cecilia said while laughing, but at that exact moment Artemis jumps from behind her and kicks her, resulting in the chains falling down. Artemis uses her telekinetic powers to catch Leon in the air as he got released from the chains.

-So that's how you plan on keeping on, huh?

Cecilia said as she lifted her head up

-Hey, don't you think you talk a lot for being in the middle of a fight?

The masked hero says sarcastically and Cecilia glares at him.

-What did you just say?!

She said as she lifted her chains up again with her magic.

-ARE YOU FUCKING DEAF BITCH?! I SAID YOU'RE TALKING TOO MUCH!

He shouted and started shooting arrows at her but this time wasn't missing. As she was getting shot by the arrows, Cecilia transformed into a Psither to avoid further injury. Then she attempts to scratch him badly with her Psither's claws but as soon as she does that move, the masked hero puts his hand in front and the whole area catches on fire. His power was fire. He and Cecilia were encirceled by the fire he had created. He had a big grin on his face.

-Now this is where it gets fun! Fire is your friend!

He said as he tightened his fists.

Meanwhile, Angela was still trying to figure out a way to stop the stone.
