Chapter 32

Kimiko swims back up to get out of the sea. She reaches the boat and pulls Christian out while holding him with her tentacle, while her body was still underwater. She gets her head out of the water and takes a big breath.

-Christian!

Taro said and shaked a little but his shoulders. Then Kimiko holds on to the boat.

-Kimiko, everything okay?

Artemis asked

-Yes...don't mind me, take care of Christian now.

She replied. Artemis nodded.

-Did he drown?!

Alexandra said in fear. Taro leans in and puts his ear close to Christian's mouth and his fingers on his neck. He can feel a small breath coming out, and he still had his pulse.

-He's alive, but needs some treatment probably...

Taro said.

-Kimiko, won't you come in the boat?

Taro said as he saw her still being in the water.

-Yes, I'm just trying to hold and lift...

She said as she tried to pull up her tentacle arm from the sea

-...this up...!

She continued and she managed to do it. She was holding something. It looked heavy. She left it in the boat. It was something stone-like and it had a weird and unusuall sign engraved on it.

-I saw it by chance while trying to save Christian and it caught my eye...this sign doesn't look like anything I've seen before, and besides that, why would it be engraved on a stone?

Kimiko said.

-Yeah indeed, I haven't seen this anywhere before...

Artemis said

-Umm guys, Christian needs help??

Taro said

-Right, right! Let's get him to the nearest hospital, I'll get you there!

Alexandra said.

Then Kimiko takes a nervous look and says

-Oh uum, we can't just get him to any hospital...

-What do you mean?

Alexandra asked

-Look, my mom is a nurse and knows about Christian and his power, what if the reason this happened has to do with his power? Other doctors and nurses wouldn't be able to tell! We need to get him to the hospital my mom works in! It's the safest for him!

Kimiko said

-Alexandra, could you teleport us there?

Taro asked

-Yes, of course!...

She said and teleported them in the hospital imminently. Then Kimiko calls her mom to inform her about this.

-Mom! We're in your hospital, please come down now, Christian needs help!

She said and then there her mom came down as fast as possible. She takes Christian into the closest room to help him. Artemis, as soon as she saw Kimiko's mom, she had a short of shocked look on her face but didn't say anything, she just followed everyone into the room.

-He still has water inside him, we need to get that all out

Kimiko's mom said. Then she proceeded into treating Christian. After she was done, she told them to let his rest for a little bit and then left the room to head to other patients.
