Chapter 9

As we take our first step into the room we are already fully excited.

-Oh Lucy, could you wear me my hero costume too?

I asked.

-Sure!

Lucy replies and she does her magic tricks again, wearing me my costume. As soon as Leonidas sees me he says

-Cool costume! Didn't you kind of overdo it with the design though?

-I am overdoing everything, my dude.

-I like your confidence, haha.

And for some reason that made me get all red again. "Dang it, he's too nice and cute" I think at that moment. Then Lucy put on us the VR glasses and told us to get ready.

-Wait a second!

Leonidas said, and then continued

-Isn't Angela going to be a part of this too?

-Yeah, where is she?

I asked.

-Oh, no worries! Angela is just a little busy with her researches...you will see her soon though!

-Alright.

Then the game starts. The visuals of the game have a dark aura and it takes place at a random city. It wasn't Thessaloniki, neither Ioannina according to Leonidas. It didn't really matter though. The first enemies we had to face were humans, such as thiefs, killers etc. Me and Leonidas had to come up with a plan to fight them.

-Psst! Leon!

-Yeah?

-We need a plan to take them all out in once!

-Yeah, but how?

-We will think of something sooner or later. For now keep in mind to not get injured.

-And to keep the citizens safe!

-Correct.

We avoid some hits and kicks and still stay safe, not like we can actually get injured, but you know, we were seeing it as if it was real. Then I came up with an idea.

-Leonidas! I came up with an idea!

-Say it!

-We ask from Lucy the power of fire and surround the bad guys with it so they can't go away, and then we take them out!

-Hmm, it could work but what if the fire goes on and lits up houses or something?

-You are right, I didn't think of that.

"He's also smart and caring, I can't" I thought.

-First of all, we call the police so they can immediately catch them when we'll knock them out.

I then call the police.

-Done!

-Now, surrounding them is a good idea, we just need to think of what we will surround them with.

-Needs to be something harmless huh...oh my god, I just got an awesome idea! I think...

-Just say it already!

-What if we use clones of ourselves to surround them?

-...that's actually a very good idea. Lucy! You hear me? Give us the power of cloning!

Lucy then gives the power to us and our plan goes just right. We confused them about who is the real us and who's not and we managed to win. Later the police came and took them. It felt so real, I couldn't believe this was all just a game! After that, the second level came, which was to fight a monster.
