A.N./ Kind of spicy. Not full on smut because idk if I can actually write it, but it should give some butterflies..

Many people liked to think that just because Hogwarts was one of the oldest and most prestigious magical schools in the entire world, the students reflected that same image. Unfortunately, what most people didn't realize was that in a castle full of teenagers at every single point of the day, drama was running rampant. All it took was a small spark and a gust of wind before a wildfire of gossip erupted at the smallest of occasions.

So, if Lucious Malfoy receiving detention was something that got spread around in a matter of hours, you can imagine how fast everyone learned that not only Lily Evans and James Potter had finally gotten together, but also that the DADA professor, Miss Collins, had been fired in the middle of the year.

Although Callisto tried to fake a bit of sympathy for the woman, ultimately she didn't feel any of it. After what Collins had said to her, many students had talked to Dumbledore about Collins' behavior and if she wasn't getting fired before, she definitely was now.

"They found a new teacher that fast?" Regulus asked pensively, completely ignoring the biscuits Narcissa had laid out in front of him. "And in the middle of the year?"

"Many professors would die to work in Hogwarts, little Black." Callisto justified, letting her brush on the nightstand. "I'm just glad Collins is gone."

"She was horrible." Narcissa agreed, glaring at Regulus who continued to ignore the plate in front of him. "Are you going to try my biscuits or should I force feed you?"

"Did you make them?"

"Obviously." Narcissa sneered, handing Callisto one. "Lucious said they're very tasty."

"Then who am I to deprive him of your exquisite biscuits, Narcissa? No, I simply cannot accept this."

"Your loss." Callisto said, taking another cookie from the plate.

"They also said that the new professor is particularly handsome." Narcissa mused, smirking. "Allegedly, Callum saw him while Dumbledore was showing him the Whomping Willow."

Regulus snorted, "Why would the old man show him a violent tree?"

"He was probably just giving him a tour of the grounds." Narcissa explained. "Now, she didn't see him very well, but apparently he's tall and has dark hair."

"Oh, so like almost every man!"

"No, the back plays a role." Callisto shook her head, earning a nod of approval from Narcissa. "Either way, we have DADA in less than 20 minutes so we'll know for sure then."
