Chapter 11: Ivy

There was a pack decision to have self defense training which was already being done by Daisy in secret. Everyone complied anyway. Everyone went to the back yard with their mates. Jimin and Jungkook were observing while SKZ watched Misha.

Sage's friend Willow joined them. Willow was Hobi's mate. Willow however was extremely reserved and timid, much like you. You got this strange sense that she was familiar somehow. She looked so familiar. It was like when you are trying to remember the words to a song you definitely know but the words keep slipping away.

Yoongi began a speech about the basics of self defense. All the girls were listening intently and focused on the task at hand. Then they spilt off pairs, which was their mate. Jin came up behind Daisy trying to grab her from behind. Then without any hesitation he was on the ground on his back and her knee was on his throat.

"Jesus Christ, Daisy..." Sage said breathless.

"She's Daisy! Damn girl you weren't kidding... she's hot..." Willow said eyeing her carefully.

"Thanks." Daisy said as she got off Jin

She smirked down at him with an evil little glint in her eye.

"What's the matter, baby boy?" She asked tauntingly.

You always tensed when someone teased their mates like this. Then you would remember that this is normal and fun. You let out a steady breath proud of your progress with this pack.

"You two are gross." Tae said rolling his eyes.

Then you unceremoniously swiped his legs out from under him. Tae hit the ground hard. He grunted and looked up at his shy mate who smirked. Tae smirked back. You could tell from the look on his face he was proud of you. You could tell by the tent forming in his pants that he liked you being strong.

"What the fuck?" Yoongi asked looking at you in astonishment.

"I taught her that." Daisy said high fiving you.

You giggled.

"Goddamn." Namjoon said eyeing his mate now carefully.

"Scared, Alpha?" Rose purred.

"Maybe..." he said wary.

"Good." She smirked.

Namjoon reached out fast and grabbed Rose by the throat not enough to hurt her. She was perfectly safe. Her eyes widened slightly and he pulled her in close. They were a lips distance apart before she brought her knee to his groin and sent him to the ground. He released her and cried out.

Yoongi distracted by Namjoon's attack was on the ground with Sage's hand around his throat. He looked up in awe at his mate.

Hobi faired no better than the rest of them. Willow, who seemed shy around Hobi definitely knew how to use that to lull him into a false sense of security. He has also on the ground and his mate was skipping away.

"Fucking hell..." Tae cursed.

He was staring at you with such intensity and heat that blush crept it's way across your face. His gaze raked down you.

"No shit." Jin agreed.

They both were still on the ground. That's when they heard the laughing. Jimin and Jungkook were hysterically laughing at the sight before them.

"I think they can take care of themselves, Hyungs." Jungkook said in between laughs.

Jimin was on the ground crying with laughter. Namjoon growled at him and he silenced his laughter.

"I think that is enough for one day." Namjoon said making it to his knees.

"Are you ok?" Rose asked quietly.

"I'm fine. I'm glad you can take care of yourself." He said kissing her hands.

Tae got to his feet and wrapped his arms around you gently. He nuzzled into your neck and licked. It sent a shiver through you. He chuckled.

"That was very sexy, flower." He said in your ear.

You stifled the moan that threatened to escape you. He rubbed your sides gently and stepped back. He winked and took your hand leading to the house. You didn't completely hear Daisy and Jin's conversation. You caught the tail end though.

"Careful what you wish for baby boy..." you said gripping Jin's ass firmly making him yelp.

"You guys are gross." Jimin said rolling his eyes.

You giggled at Jimin's discomfort. Tae led you into the house. You spent the evening having dinner. This is what a pack was supposed to be like. It was supposed to be a family.
