Sudden Kiss - Chapter 41

I lost count of the time, all I know is that it feels like I have been waiting here since forever. My phone is out of battery and I don't want to go anywhere. Anytime soon she may arrive here and I don't want to make it turn out that I'm making her wait.

I made a reservation to this entire place. I want to make it up to us. I want this night to be all about us if possible.

I heard from Seulgi that she doesn't like dark places so I ordered them to make it not so dark place. Actually I thought they will do better than what I expected and gladly for me it was the best set up.

All the things have been already prepared from the food, and I also brought some musicians here. It's just that something is missing.. her. I wonder what happened. What's taking her so long to get here. Didn't I made it clear to her. I'm really worried about her.

Waiting for her feels like forever but I don't mind it as long as she show up here.

I've been waiting for this day to come and and finally it's here. I'll make sure to make it up to this day at all cost.

"sir? Aren't you going to order anything first ? Maybe she's not com-" The waiter approached me handling the menu.

"No thanks. I'm good." By then he went out of my sight.

I feel bad for them too. They had waiting with all this night. Maybe it's even longer for them.

I'm sure she has reasons, I should wait for her a little bit more.

Another our have passed. She's still not here. Maybe something came up that's why she can't make it. Where ever she is now, maybe she's tightly sleeping now. I think she has forgotten about this dinner.

It's already midnight. I don't think I'll be able to say what I want to say in this day.

I talked to the staffs here and told them to make it a day. I feel sorry for making them with with me. Maybe this night is just not the right time.

I went out of the place to have some fresh air outside. I started to feel stuffy here after the long night I've spent here.

This place is actually a very amazing place. I never knew they had a nice flower garden here. They plotted a lot of glimmering lights. Pole light on the side with dim lights. Candles over the corners and a tree surrounded with fire flies. It looks like a place at dreams.

I was really fascinated with this place. It could have been much better if I have Joohyun here by my side.

The stars in the sky are shining differently for me this night. I never knew star could appear like how they show their appearance to me this night.

Somehow it made me relieved a little. Maybe this time is not the right time for what I'm thinking to do.

"Junmyeon." Looking above the sky. My head automatically moved on its own to see the owner of the voice. My ears couldn't have been more right. She's finally here.

"Joohyun." I mouthed as a smile slowly forms from my frown.

She wasn't looking at me. She's avoiding my gaze. "Uhmm.. let me explain. I'm really sorry if I was late. I'll make up to you this night. Things seems to be not going on my way today but-"

"I'm glad you're finally here. Look above the stars are shining extra bright tonight." I cut her off. Whatever her reason is, it doesn't matter as long as she's finally here. With me.

"Woah! You're right. It's really pretty." She mumbled. She looks really fascinated like I am right now. I still can't believe that the person who I suddenly kissed is right next to me making my heart beat like crazy.
