"Seems like that's all the work needed to be done for this week..." I said as I inserted the files I fixed inside a folder. After that, I stood up and put said folder inside a cabinet.

"I'll be leaving now, everyone." I said to my clubmates and I left the room. I'm a member of the student council and we had a lot of work this week but we figured it all out. Today is a Friday and I plan on spending my weekend with Riko, my girlfriend.

"She must be waiting for me in that room again, huh?" I said as I made my way to the music room where Riko would always play the piano while waiting for me. I reached my destination and opened the door.

I was right... She is here.

"I'm here~ Let's go home now, shall we?" I said as she stopped playing the piano and stood up.

"I thought you were gonna take longer to finish student council work, Y/n... But I won't complain." Riko said as she grabbed her bag and hugged me.

"Let's go out tomorrow? To the cinema, perhaps? There's a new movie after all. What do you say?" I told her.

"I don't feel like watching a movie, Y/n. I want something simpler... Maybe having lunch together? Or a simple walk in the park? I know you're not that interested in movies and it actually surprised me that you'd invite me to go watch one." Riko said.

"Hmmm... Alright! Let's meet at the mall tomorrow?" I asked.

"Yeah! Anyways, we should get going now." Riko said as I nodded in agreement. The two of us walked out of the music room and walked our way to the entrance of the school. I always walk Riko home and have been pretty used to it, if I may add.

The walk was pretty quiet. We talked about how our day has been and the usual stuff couples talk about. After a few minutes, we reached her house and had to part ways.

"Goodbye, Y/n. I love you!" Riko said, making me blush. I know she has told me these 3 words many times now but I still can't get over it.

"Goodbye, Riko. I love you too. See you tomorrow." I said to her, she went inside her house and after that, I walked my way back home.

~The next day~

"Where's Riko? She should be here by now." I said as I arrived at our meeting place.

"Y/n! I- I'm sorry for being late..." Riko said as she ran to me, catching her breath once she got near.

"It's fine. I just got here too. Anyways, we should get going. I'm starving already." I said as I chuckled.

She held my hand as we started to walk. Not gonna lie, I was surprised by her action of holding my hand but who am I to complain, right? A beautiful girl suddenly holds your hand, it's a life achievement if you ask me.

After a few minutes, we reached the eatery. We ordered what we wanted and immediately found a table for us to sit on.

"So how's piano practice?" I asked Riko as we sat down.

"It's going pretty fine... I do practice everyday at school after all." Riko said as she took a bite on her order.

"That's nice to hear. I never knew that the student council could be so busy..." I said to Riko.

"M- maybe this'll help you work harder." Riko said as she kissed me on the cheek, making me blush.

"I'll do everything for you, my queen!" I said, gaining the attention of some people.

"Don't do that out of the blue again. It's embarrassing." Riko said as she cupped her blushing cheeks using her hands.

"Is it? Well then you just have to get used to it." I said as I chuckled.

"Y/n? Are you sleeping again? Wake up, we have a lot to do." Huh? I was dreaming?

"O- Oh, I'm sorry, kaichou! I was just tired and didn't realize that I fell asleep." I said bowing my head. Kaichou is the current student council president while she does have a real name, I just prefer to call her kaichou because it's easier. Kaichou has pale skin, and big, slanted violet eyes. She has long black hair styled loosely after a hime cut; heavy bangs across her forehead with straightened sidelocks that reach past her shoulders.

"It's fine... But is there anything wrong? I can't let the future student council president of Otonokizaka have problems. So, is there anything bugging your mind?" Kaichou asked.

"Not much, it's just that I dreamt of a beautiful girl. So beautiful that I wished I never woke up." I said to her, making her sigh in defeat.

"Who is this girl anyways?" Right, she didn't know about my relationship with Riko.

"It's a secret. Besides, she's not here anymore. She moved out, probably. She's probably in another prefecture or somewhere far from here.

"I see... Well, looks like I can't do anything about it. I wish you good luck on finding her again though. I have a strong feeling you'll do such a thing. Also, you can go home now. A tired mind will just hinder oneself from being productive." Kaichou said to me.

"Heh, I'll take you up on that offer. I'll go home now. Thanks kaichou, you're the best." I said as I stood up and exited the room. After exiting Otonokizaka, I went to a nearby convenience store and bought a can of soda. As I was walking home. I brought out my phone to check my schedule for the next few weeks.

"Hmmm... Right, there's gonna be a recital in a few days." I said to myself. I would always go to Riko's recitals when we were still together and even if there's no us anymore, I try to find random piano recitals to listen to.

"I wonder who it's gonna be this time. Come to think of it, I should really look it up." I said as I input the details on my search engine.

"What?! This can't be... Is it really her?" I said with a loud voice, gaining the attention of some bystanders.

The name I saw was Riko Sakurauchi.

[I am very curious if someone can catch on who I based kaichou on. Yes, she is based on a character with the description I gave her.]
