Opening the door to the convenience store, Jiyeon smiles lightly when the bell rang signalling a customer had entered, before walking directly to the snacks aisle. "I don't know what to get for him" she mumbles, sliding her finger across the different packets of chips when her shoulder abruptly knocks against someone else's.
Apologising almost immediately, she picks up the bottles that fell from the boys grip before handing them over to him, whose face was barely visible while his hoodie covered his hair. Glancing at the boy, her eyes land on the slit on his eyebrow while the strong scent of his cologne lightly tickled her nose. "Look where you're going Mon amour" he says, chuckling lowly as he walked passed her. "Mon what? Mon... Mona Lisa?" She tilts her head to a side, shrugging it off as she watched the boy walk off like nothing had happened.
"Hey there!" Flinching, Jiyeon turns around to face San who was smiling at her. "What are you doing here?" She asks. "I was walking around this area and I saw you in here" he replies with a shrug. "Oh... Anyways I was seeing what to get to eat tomorrow while working on our project" she says. "You can't eat in the library though" he replies. "I know, so we're gonna eat it secretly" she whispers, making him chuckle and shake his head.
"Did you take your medicines?" San asks, holding onto the shopping basket while walking beside Jiyeon. "Yeah I did" Jiyeon replies. "Oh how was school?" She glances at the boy. "It was the usual" he replies, with a shrug. "We didn't do much" he adds, earning a nod from Jiyeon.
"I'll walk you home" San says, holding onto the bags in one hand while holding onto her hand with the other. "Right, you need to pass my place to go to yours anyways" she mumbles. "Yeah" he chuckles, aimlessly kicking little rocks on the street while Jiyeon glanced up at him and smiled softly.
"Go home safe" Jiyeon waves at the boy that smiled and waved back. Closing the door behind her, she yawns lightly before her eyes wandered to the two boys who were asleep on the couch with the only light in the living room being from the television. Placing the bags on the counters, she sighs before dragging herself towards the two. "Guys..." She lazily mumbles, lightly tapping their cheeks.
"Oh you're back?" Lucas mumbles, squinting his eyes at Jiyeon that sleepily glanced at him and Mark. "Go sleep in your rooms" she sighs, trying to pull the boy to stand up. "Work is so tiring" Mark says in his sleep, making Jiyeon look at him with a pout. "Can I also work with you guys in the bakery? I want to he-" She asks. "No!" Mark replies, sitting up straight while his gaze remained on the TV.
"Are you... Possessed?" She lightly taps his cheek, earning a tired glare from him. "Where were you?" Lucas asks, from her other side. "At the store" she replies. "This late?" Mark asks, glancing at her. "Yeah..." She mumbles. "Alone?" Lucas asks. "Yeah... Oh but San walked me home 'cause we bumped into each other at the store" she says, earning a nod from the two.
With his phone ringing on the table, Mark glances at Lucas before picking up and speaking. "Yes?" He asks. Confused, Jiyeon glances at the two that looked at each other while Mark continued to speak. "Let's go" he says, with Lucas nodding as they stood up and rushed towards the door.
"Where are you guys going?" Jiyeon asks, glancing at the two that looked back at her. "Work again?" She mumbles, slightly tilting her head to a side. Looking at each other, Mark gulps before hesitantly nodding. "We'll be back quick" he says. "Eat well and rest" Lucas says, before the two left the house almost immediately.
Sighing, she switches off the TV before dragging herself up to her room. "They looked really exhausted though" she mumbles, plopping herself on her bed before grabbing her phone and aimlessly scrolling throught it. "I can't let them keep working so much while I do nothing" she mumbles, turning to her side while pouting lightly. With the thought of searchig for a part time job by the next couple of days, she lets sleep take over her.
"Hey!" Smiling at the figure that came to sit down beside her, she faces away from the computer while looking at the boy. "I already looked up some stuff so we could finish it early" she smiles, pointing at the computer. "Great" San chuckles, resting his arm on the back of her chair while reading through the words on the screen.
Looking at both her sides, she glances back at San that was busy typing out all the information the two had been searching for the past three hours. "Here" she says, passing him a drink that she slowly pulled out of her bag. "Thanks" he chuckles, scanning his surroundings just like Jiyeon did before sipping on it.
"I'm going to the arcade with a few of my friends, you wanna join?" San asks, throwing his bag over his shoulder while pushing his seat back into its place. "Oh no I'll pass, I have somewhere to be. Thanks though" she smiles, earning a nod from the boy.
With his phone ringing in his hand, San glances at Jiyeon before picking up. "Right! Give me a few minutes I'll be there" he chuckles softly while shaking his head. "I won't be able to see you off, I'll get going now" he says, putting his phone into his pocket. "Sure" Jiyeon smiles with a nod.
Taking a step forward, San wraps his arms around Jiyeon in a hug, taking her by surprise. "Bye!" He says, waving his hand as he quietly rushed out of the library. "Bye!" Jiyeon chuckles, doing the same.
Y'all I feel like my writing is getting worse by each day...
I'll try my best to come up with a good chapter.
