Jongin held Jiyeon's hand as the two walked back into the hall. She looked around the place, searching for the one person she wanted to talk to. "Are you looking for Taeyong?" He brother asks, making her widen her eyes and glare at him. "w-why would I look for him of all people?" She mumbles.
"I don't know, you tell me. You two looked like you were in love from the moment you walked in here" he shrugs. "Makes sense 'cause your eyesight was always terrible since you were small" Jiyeon rolls her eyes. "I'm sure that was you and not me" her brother argues. "It was definitely you" "I don't think so" "you were a tiny brat back then how would you remember?" "Oh how dare you oldie!" The boy chuckled, squeezing his sister's cheeks. "Don't call me that"
Soft music played in the background and the siblings looked around as the guests talked amongst each other, lost in their own worlds. "I think I should tell you though" the boy says. "He took part of the responsibility to help organise this too. Of course he brought you here as well" he adds. "Really?" Jiyeon asks. "Yes. He told me not tell you so... shut up alright?" He smiles.
"Are you both close?" Jiyeon asks. "Yes, we are. How about you both?" He smirks. "he thought me how to use a gun, I can probably use that on you" she smiles. "that was months ago and you've not touched a gun after that so I doubt you know how to even hold one" he chuckles. "Does he tell you everything?! Are you both like besties?!" She asks with wide eyes. Jongin shrugs with a chuckle.
"I'll go talk to Taeyong for a moment" Jiyeon mumbles, earning a nod from the boy. He watches with a smile as his sister turns around, walking in the opposite direction. "We've met after years and she left me for him" he chuckles, shaking his head. "Are you jealous?" Startled by the voice he turns around to face his teammate. "Of course not"
It didn't take long for Jiyeon to spot the boy with silver hair. He was stood along with a group she didn't know, and decided to speak to him later to not interrupt. When she turned around, she saw her brother walking away with possibly a friend. Nodding to herself, she walks back towards the garden.
Jiyeon sits down on the bench, smiling to herself as she looked up at the sky. Everything felt as if it were back to normal again. Her brother was fine. "Jiyeon" a voice speak, cutting her train of thoughts. Looking down, she sees Jeno that slowly walked towards her. The suit he wore made him look rather elegant with his dark hair parted to a side.
Jiyeon pats the empty space on the bench beside her, signalling the younger one to sit down. "how'd it go?" He asks, referring to what had happened a while back. "quite good. It was hard to believe but yeah I'm happy I finally saw him" she smiles. "I'm happy for you" Jeno says, making her glance in his direction.
"Now that you found your brother..." He mumbles. "You wouldn't want to not hang out with me or anything anymore right?" He says, a tint of sadness coating his voice. "Why would I want to not hang out with you?" She chuckles. "You know... You would've wanted to treat my like a little brother 'cause you thought your brother was missing" he mumbles.
"Is that why you look so sad?" Jiyeon asks, earning a slow nod from the boy. "Did you consider being like a brother because you knew about him?" She asks again. Jeno shakes his head. "I knew about it, but it's more because you reminded me of my own sister" he says. Jiyeon smiles softly.
"Not that I have my brother here... I could have him adopt you as our little brother if that's enough proof for yuu that I still see you in the same way" she says. "You do?" Jeno asks. Jiyeon nods with a chuckle. "I do" she replies.
Jeno pouts lightly, his vision getting blurry from tears that filled his eyes. "No... Why are you crying?!" Jiyeon mumbles, pulling the younger one into a hug. "My eyes are sweating" he mumbles, wrapping his own arms around her waist in a tight hug. "your eyes are sweating?" Jiyeon chuckles. "Just that"
