"W-what do you mean!? Eomma! Please tell me you're joking!" Nayeon has mixed emotions when she heard about what happened.
"Chairman Yoo a-and his m-men came and t-they said they'd be taking Jeongyeon with them to live w-with him." Nayeon's mother was sobbing while telling her. "And Jeongyeon seemed to accept it, too. And I can't do anything about it."
Fuck it! This is all my fault! Because of me, she's...
"Eomma, its allright, it's alright! I'll find her in our academy tomorrow and ask her about what she really feels. But if she says she prefer being in her grandfather's care, then let's give up, okay? Stop crying now!" Nayeon's mother sobbed louder and Nayeon tried her best to comfort her.

The next day, she leaned at the lockers as she patiently waited for Jeongyeon to the student council's locker room.
I need to do this for eomma, too, but... She finally saw Jeongyeon approaching her locker. ...I also want to know what she really feels.
"Hey you! Got something to say to me!?" Nayeon shouted at the president and smirked. Jeongyeon turned her head back to her while looking straight to her eyes.
"Such as?" Jeongyeon replied with no expression. Nayeon was stunned with the way Jeongyeon acted towards her as if she didn't knew her. Not waiting for Nayeon to respond, Jeongyeon walked away with the other student council officers heading to their office.

"Um... Mr. Park Jimin has left academy for personal reasons. So therefore, starting today, I will be your new homeroom teacher"
Nayeon did not pay attention to her new teacher. She didn't even looked at him since her thoughts are occupied by the one and only Student Council President Yoo Jeongyeon.
Well, sure, maybe I'm the one to blame, too, but why is she suddenly acting like a stranger? Eomma was so worried about her, and she's saying she feels nothing? What the heck is wrong with her?
Nayeon also didn't pay attention to the discussion of their teacher since she was spacing out while thinking about HER, until she heard the bell ring, indicating that their class is finished. All of her classmates were going out of the classroom while Nayeon stayed where she was sitting, still spacing out. Momo and Sana noticed her and decided to approach her.
"Hey, hey! What's wrong, Nayeon-ah? Did something happen?" Momo said after knocking on Nayoen's desk.
"Yeah. You look like you're in a bas mood. Well, we have a test tomorrow, so I guess that's expected." Sana added.
"Ugh! Test are just par for the course. Nothing to worry about." Nayeon weakly replied.
"Now, now. I brought something good for you, Nayeon-ah! Guess what!? I got coupons for the shop opening next week!" Sana tried to hype up her mood. Momo also tried but failed to make Nayeon feel better.
"Hey, now. Not into the free coupons?" Momo asked, but Nayeon just plopped her head on the table and closed her eyes.
"Well, it is good, but... I'll take it, at least."
"You're no fun, Nayeon." As Momo said that, Nayeon slightly opened her eyes.
I would have been excited about that if I don't feel like shit. Maybe I'm starting to get all negative like the people here.
As she was waiting for the elevator to come down, she saw Jeongyeon going up the stairs, back facing her. She immediately shooked her head to calm her thoughts. The elevator dinged and she ran out.
