Chapter 26

"Kim Dahyun, what the fuck are you doing here?! Why aren't you in your school!?" Nayeon whisper-yelled at Dahyun to avoid gaining the attention of the students (but they already did).

The younger girl didn't care about what other people think and lovingly responded, "I wanted to see you again, so I decided to come here," making the other students gasp. Momo and Sana went near Nayeon incase something happens. "Unnie, let's have a date later after your class. Just the two of us." Dahyun snickered and smirked when she saw Momo and an unfamiliar girl looking like Nayeon's bodyguard standing behind her.

"O-okay, okay! Just... hurry up and go back to your school!" Nayeon said since the crowd started murmuring and it became louder when they saw the three feared students of the Yoo Academy Girl's High School Division wearing their signature yellow banner pinned on their left bicep approaching the commotion. Everyone cleared the way for them to pass the crowd.

"Yay—"

"You there!"

Everyone was stunned by the appearance of the one and only Student Council President, Yoo Jeongyeon, together with the Vice President, Jihyo, and the Secretary, Mina. They furiously approached them, especially Jeongyeon, and stopped in front of the cause of the commotion.

"Who gave you the permission to enter this academy?"

"Jeongyeon!" Nayeon cheered and Momo and Sana sighed in relief.

"Oh." Dahyun stared at the president, observing her. She slowly stepped towards the latter. "You're Nayeon unnie's new little sister, right?" A sly grin appeared on her face. "It's nice to finally meet you, Jeongyeon-ssi.

Jeongyeon just looked at her with furious gaze as she also observed the younger girl fully this time. Both of them were having an intense staring contest, one serious and one grinning.

"S-sorry, Jeongyeon-ah! I'll take her outside right away!" Nayeon interrupted them and pulled Dahyun with her as they exited the building.

"But we haven't decided where to go yet!" Dahyun whined.

"We can discuss that later, so quit bothering the students here." Nayeon retorted as she guides the younger girl towards the gate by pushing her from the back forcefully since Dahyun won't bulge.

"Nayeon unnie."

"S-shi— yes!?" Nayeon jolted when Jeongyeon called her from behind.

"I've warned you repeatedly about stopping by somewhere on your way home being against the rules of the academy." Jeongyeon said as she walked towards them.

Nayeon glared at Dahyun, who immediately put on her headphones and looked away, first before facing Jeongyeon. "I know that! I'll go home and change my clothes first." She reasoned. But then, Jeongyeon walked past her and stood behind Dahyun. She then took the latter's headphones, making her face her.

"You are currently trespassing. If you don't have business here, then you should get permission first. Dahyun was glaring at Jeongyeon as she took back her headphones forcefully from Jeongyeon and placed it back on her neck.

"Come on, let's go, Dahyun-ah." Nayeon interrupted and walked away first. Dahyun spent a few more seconds of glaring at Jeongyeon before following Nayeon to the gates.

When they arrived outside the academy, Dahyun decided to go back to their school alone since Nayeon lived at the opposite direction. The older girl had no choice but to see the blue-haired girl off and waved her hands from afar when the younger girl looked at her before turning to her right.

Well, she's not really going back to their school. She put her hand on her pocket she walked. She was pissed and annoyed about Nayeon's stepsister that she kicked the 'No Parking' sigh on her way out of the premises of the academy. After doing so, she fished out her phone and called the police. "Oh hello. I'm from the neighborhood. But the 'No Parking' sign outside the Yoo Academy Campus's entrance... yes, sir. I saw someone knocked it over. That's right, sir. So I thought it would be the best to report it to you. It's fine, thank you for your hard work." She ended the call and continued walking as she fished out a gum from her pocket.
