"SIMP!"

Kara's Pov:

I hear see Babs waving and smiling to someone. I look up to be greeted with a slightly smiling Y/n who meets my gaze.

I smile and lift my hand to wave when their smile drops and they turn away.

Well shit.

I'll try catching up with them after school. I hear them talking to their new friends, asking if they wanted to go to The Divine Smoking Goat after school.

Ah, shit again.

Urgh what do I do??

Oh! I should get Zee to help me! Her father is basically a celebrity after all.

It'll work out, after all, we DID break into a fancy dinner party thing with the bald guy, Lex? I dunno, his names boring anyway.

And Zee should be.. At her locker, Yes!

I run there, yelling her name.

"Zee! Zee!"

"Hmm? Oh, hi Kara, what brings you here?" She says, putting her pearl powder blush away.

"Do know the new restaurant in town? I think it's like the divine... uh high goats, or something,"

"Divine high goats? Kara, dear, I think you're the high one," Zee laughs.

"Oh hush! I forgot the name of it okay?"

"it's The Divine Smoking Goat  Kara, not high, haha," She smiles fondly. "Why do you ask anyway?"

"I- I overheard Y/n talking about it and Uh-"

Zee chuckles, and waves her hand to indicate she wanted me to continue.

"Um and they're gonna take their new friends there after schoolandIwaswonderingifyoucouldhelpmegotheretoo?!" I flush red,  blurting out the last bit. 

{school and I was wondering if you could help me go there too}

"So you're a simp?"

"What- No! I'm not a simp!"

"Oh then a creep then now?" Zee says, smiling and raising an eyebrow in mock disappointment. "Creepy creep creep~" she tickles me while I shriek in surprise

"Okay okay you can stop now Zee, just please help me,"

"Okay fine, what is your price?"

"Price..?"

"Well duh, I don't work for free, dear,"

"But.. but we're friends!" I say indignantly, "And I'm broke!"

"Mmhm, fine, I'll settle for being your maid of honour at the wedding," She says thoughtfully.

"I-! Zee!" I yell, my face heating up.

I see her laughing and wiping a tear away saying "Just say yes and I'll get you in The Divine Smoking Goat  tonight, k?"

"Fine.." I mumble, looking to the side.

"Thanks, Zee!" I say, clutching my VIP card her father lent to me as she waves, driving in her fancy white car.

"I'll pick you up at 8:30~!" She sings, speeding away.

I gingerly take a step forward in my amber yellow heels. They aren't very high, and they certainly aren't mine, but I wanted Y/n to look my way. Last time I checked, their favourite colour was yellow, right?
