Another race was on and you talked more with your mysterious companion. Undyne even joined the conversation. "I'm going to make it my goal to try and pass you tonight, Undyne." She laughed. "Good luck with that, punk. I'm not going easy on you!" You smirked. "Was hoping you wouldn't." Ghost laughed softly. "Best of luck to both of you. May the best racer win." The three of you fist bumped one another before heading to your cars. It was race time.
🏁🏁🏁
You turned down south Main, trying to lose your persures. The police fad tried to corner your group, only for everyone to break away and scatter. All that was left was for you to lose this cop and you could join the race again. You swerved into a parking lot and U- turned right back out, really just screwing with the officer. "Ha ha! Sorry man, it's hard to resist." But playtime was going to have to end soon if you wanted to get back on track. Oh man. Sans would be so proud. You snickered again and decided on another trade off. You ditched the Mitsubishi and started 'car shopping' for anything that would get you from a to b. Well.. anything here would get you from a to b.. you picked out a Mustang and hit the road again. "Am I going to get away with this again?" You were a little surprised. You thought they would've learned after the first time. Apparently not. You waited at a stop light watching the officer search your vehicle, but you had nothing for them to find in there. It was all on you. "Was fun while it lasted, officer, but I gotta race to complete."
🏁🏁🏁
When you were positive you were no longer being followed you started racing again. You wondered if you were first? Last? Somewhere in between? Turned out you were in 5th place as you pulled up. Greater had been first with Ghost, your mom, and Lesser getting here before you. "Greater was already holding the pot. "Well, I had to pull a switch again." You patted the Mustang. "Ditch it here, this place will be comprised soon anyway." You quircked a brow. "Oh? Are you offering me a ride home?" He shrugged. "If ya want." Seriously? You blushed a little, looking down. "Sure.." Soon dad pulled in, your mother immediately started whispering to him and their tails started wagging. You laughed quietly to yourself. What weirdos your parents were. You loved them. The Rock pulled in, Frogits, Arons, Shyrins.. "Where's Undyne?" The Ghost tapped his foot. "I don't know. This isn't looking good." You turned to the black clad male. "You don't think she was caught, do you?"
"It's possible." You bit your lip. "How do we help?" He tilted his head. "I'll take care of it. Everyone, go home."🏁🏁🏁
Everyone left besides your parents who were waiting for you to choose who to ride with. "Good ahead guys. Ghost will drop me off."
("What? Are you sure dear?") Mom asked, licking her muzzle nervously. "I'll be home soon."
"Be careful out there. I'm trusting you to protect her, Ghost." The pair drove off. "Ya really wanna help?"
"Well yeah. Undyne's family." It was your turn to shrug as Ghost hesitated. "Alright. Fine. Get in."
"Yes!" You fist pumped and skittered to the passenger side. "This is nice.. all original?" You asked, looking around the antique interior. "Yep." There was a squeal as the Ghost did a burn out, then you were rushing forward. You laughed in excitement. "We're coming, Undyne!" The Ghost enjoyed your laughter.
