Chapter 12: seen your scars and kissed your cries

When she got back her mother runs to her hugging her, "you had me worried irina," she said "I'm fine, Tsu'tey took me to the school and I got some of the memories back," I said, "what did you see?" She asks shaking my head "I don't want to talk about it," she moved the strand of hair out of my face, "I want to go back to my real body, I don't want to be that false body," I said mo'at walks over "is it possible?" I ask her she nodded "but have yet been made one of the people yet, you still have more learning to do but you're almost ready," she tells me.

I nodded "sooo..when I become one of the people will I be able to transfer after?" I ask she nods, my mother smiled happily, "I'll have my daughter back," she says, I frown "mother, will I still be able stay here, I don't want to leave yet, I still want to be taught by Tsu'tey," Tsu'tey glances back with a little smirk "yes, I want you to still come see your family," I nodded "I will" I said as I hug her, I went to my father and told him what it wanted to do and he agreed as long as I come see them often, my sisters were a bit sad but I told them they could come anytime they wanted.

I give them a hug as they leave because my father has to go back of course to take care of his clan. Jake taps my shoulder "you alright? I know a lot has been going on, it's crazy what they did to you," I nodded "I'm fine for now, I don't even want to talk to Grace," I said he nodded "understandable" after dinner it was time to rest "why didn't you go with your family?" He asks "because I actually wanted to stay, it's actually not that bad getting trained by an angry baby," he snarls I laugh "haha very funny," he said as he begin to smile "you know you should smile more.. instead of being so grumpy all the time," I commented.

He chuckles "you need to shut your mouth before I be mean again," I giggle I get into my hammock and begin to close my eyes, I open my eyes to me being in the capsule, but I had open it to Grace, irina huffs and opens it, after a while she just gets in her bed and sleeps not wanting to even look at Grace, "hey irina you're alright?" Norm asks nervously, irina nods her head. Next day Tsu'tey taught her more language and they went running through the forest to boost her agility and strength, Tsu'tey felt she was ready to get her first clean kill to become a hunter.

But throughout their time, they've been getting closer and closer. Tsu'tey does know what they were before the school but she doesn't remember and he doesn't want to tell her yet but try to figure out a way for her to remember, but he also remembers he's supposed to be betrothed to neytiri. Tsu'tey did notice and peep how her and Jake were getting close and it gave him a hint that he needed. Tsu'tey looks at irina she walks over to him with a smile on her face "come on warrior you're supposed to be running with me," she grabs his wrist pulling him off the tree he was leaning on.

They ran through the forest, Tsu'tey grabbed her tail making her jump a little "stop it" she playfully pushes him, "you ready for your first kill tomorrow?" He asks her she nods "I'm just ready to become one of the people and be in my rightful body," she huffs "you've learned faster then Jake sully, that skawng," irina shakes her head "stop it Tsu'tey, you've got to admit, he has a strong heart he doesn't give up," he rolls his eyes I smirk "don't you start Tsu'tey," he laughs.

Later on in the night Tsu'tey decided try something and take her to their secret place they always go, "where are we going Tsu'tey?" She giggles, Tsu'tey held her hand as the wakes on the rocks to this waterfall, "what are we doing here?" I ask "this place was very special and I want to show you, maybe it will give you some of your memories you lost" he says irina looks at the waterfall watching what Tsu'tey does, Tsu'tey goes through the water making her nervous, "Tsu'tey?" She called out he jumps out scaring her as she screams, he bursts out laughing as she slaps his chest "ughhh! You idiot! You scared the hell out of me!" I scolded "I'm sorry" he says while still laughing she crosses her arms.
