Chapter 20: the fight for our lives

I give reyli a kiss on top of her head "I will be back for you, you will be a strong young women someday," I said to her "let's ride out!" Jake announced as all the clans begin riding on their horses or ikrans. Riding out on top of the clouds, Tsu'tey and other clans were hiding on the mountains waiting for us to come, Jake was on top of one of the mountains because of how big Toruk makto was and it would be spotted. "Are you guys ready?" I ask clicking on the button to communicate with them "yes on your mark irina," Jake said I hooted "dive!" We all dive down hooting and signal all warriors to attack, "irina punch a hole and we'll follow you through," Jake said "got it" I dive spotting one helicopter I grabbed it by its tail swinging it into the mountain exploding it.

I pull out my bow aiming towards one the demons in the open spot shooting at us, imapling one I quickly made way to taking down other helicopters. I growl having my ikran yanking one into the mountain "irina I need you by the brown ship," Jake said "I'm coming-fuck!" I dodge a bullet, I glance back a helicopter was shooting at me. "I have one on my tail," I said, I dodge a couple of them till tricked it making it crash into another copter. Time goes on in the war I see trudy fighting back with the other big ship.

"Irina where are you?" Jake asks.

"Where trudy is, oh no," trudy copter ended up exploded "noooooooo!" I yelled, "irina don't attack! Fall back that's an order!" Jake said to me, I growled before turning away, "Tsu'tey are you there?" I ask nothing, irina heart was pacing till her ikran was making her go down she grasps onto her ikran as they both fall but she lost her grip making her fly off, she screams in fear. Falling into vines and leaves making her falls top but she was knocked unconscious from the pain. Tsu'tey eyes went wide when he realizes it's irina hanging there, "I-irina!" He tries to shout but he was in to much pain.

"Irina do you copy?" Jake calls out but silence.

"Norm you good? Okay, neytiri?" Jake tried to contact, "j-Jake. Irina is by me but..she's unconscious," Tsu'tey stuttered the sound of a machine gets close by as Tsu'tey looked around in fear, he was defenseless. One of those big machines those demons use walked by and noticed him, he tries to crawl away by the pain his body won't allow him, irina slowly begins to wake up, she blinks her eyes "well look a here, a blue monkey, you're a far from aren't you,@ the man tries to taunt, Tsu'tey growled. Irina gasp looking at the sight.

Pulling her knife she cuts the vines letting herself free, she climbs on the back pulled out the pistol Jake gave her. She shoots at making it turn around, "you! You little bitch!" He growled I hiss at him, he pulls out his knife "lower your weapon!" He points to Tsu'tey, irina glances at Tsu'tey then him she dropped her hands, she hears crumbling and the sound of thunder as she looked around, that familiar sound makes her look at him with a smirk "be careful there's wildlife around demon" I said he looks at me confused "what did you say?!" He snarled "be careful there's wildlife around," I said. Then a thanator jumps out attacking the demon.

Irina lifts her gun shooting at the glass breaking it and ended up shooting him in the chest. The thanator roared as it breaks its glass, irina whistled and the thanator stopped, I looked at the demon and he put on his mask to breath butt hat was cut short when he seen an angry women, "you demons have no place here" she says bluntly, she lifted her gun making him lift his hands trying to surrender "no-n-no no!" He yelled she pulls the trigger, she climbs down gently petting the thanator head as she runs over to Tsu'tey, she sees four bullet holes around his chest.

"No no, oh no" irina panic "I see you, irina" he gulps "I see you Tsu'tey, i can get you help," I said he grabbed my wrist shaking his head "Jake! I found Tsu'tey, he's shot badly," I said "shit, stay with him I'll come find you guys," he says "no, I can't, I-I don't think I'll can make it time," he stuttered I shaking my head "Tsu'tey no, you're gonna make it," I said he gulped "my love, I am badly injured," I hiss "I know someone who can heal you Tsu'tey," I said he grabs my arm "I know you're scared, it's okay.. we've train our whole life for this irina, I lost the women I fell in love with, then eywa brought her back to me, then we have reyli," irina begin to cry "please shut up Tsu'tey, you are not dying! I'm not letting it up, come on," I try to help him get up.
