Chapter 21: ending of great sorrows

We reached hell's gate, Jake instantly ran to us, he helped Tsu'tey as Tsu'tey weakly slumped over which has irina worried to death. The sky people all walk to the big ship to go back to their already dead world, irina glares at every single one of them but I could see some avatar drivers were still here, I can see few were chosen to stay. Once they got to the back of hell's gate max opens the door where the avatar drivers first link their avatars, Tsu'tey grunts as I lay him down on the gurney. Max walks out with his mask on and a few others, Tsu'tey got nervous moving away from them but irina turns his head to look at her "it's okay, they're good people, they are gonna treat your wounds okay," I said to him.

I can tell he was scared and nervous, he doesn't like sky people but he decided to trust me, I kiss the top of his head he looks down at the scientist who was going to stick the needle into one of his veins so irina held his wrist down "this is going to hurt for a little okay?" He breathing got fast he was already about to have a panic attack and it get worse when she finally injects making him squirm a little "don't move don't move Tsu'tey, you're gonna hurt yourself worse, it's okay, you're fine my love," I said he looks at me begging for help I bend down to him "you are okay they are not going to hurt you, they're gonna help you," I told him.

"Okay he's going to go to sleep in about in a minute," max said I nod, I begin to come for him as he groaned "shhh, it's okay," i whispered eventually he falls asleep, irina kissed the top of his head before getting up "we'll take care of him irina, he will be fine," max said I nodded then walked outside. Irina runs out to see if they are gone but they are just about, she runs beside Jake "is he going to be okay?" Jake asks I nodded "max is helping him," I said, the sky people begin to leave as the ship rises, those demons are finally leaving this planet, this was never theirs, now they will suffer on their own planet.

1 hour later

Irina runs to the back, "is he back?" I ask neytiri, she shakes her head "they haven't come out yet," she tells me, irina frowns. All of the na'vi were around hell's gate, Jake comes around with his gun on his shoulder, the door opens and max came out "is he okay? Please say he's okay?" I beg he nodded "he's fine, he'll fully heal in a week," he tells me I go inside with Jake and Tsu'tey has bandages wrapped around his torso, she assumes he was asleep because his eyes were closed, she rubs his arm gently "my love?" I whisper, he opens his eyes "irina?" I nodded my head "what happened?" He asks "you were asleep Tsu'tey, so they can get the bullets out," Jake said.

I sighed "we won Tsu'tey, the sky people are gone," I said, he sighed then placed his hand on my belly. I thank eywa for giving him a chance to live, to blessing him to be able to come home. Irina had so much set out for her, now that her father has passed, she might either lead or let someone take upon that responsibility. She has to raise now two children, her plate was full but her destiny is not yet complete....
