"MY LEGS ARE HURTING." i huff, bending slightly to take a break and calmed down my pounding heart. right now, we're in bishui plan, the one where there's a granny and a grandpa selling tea. there's also a couple sitting with the grandpa, seeming talking about how's the girl doesn't want to carry the burden. though i already know what actually happened with the couple.
the girl was in love with the guy but sadly, her father doesn't allowed them to be together. because of that, she faked her death, deceiving her father into thinking that she commit suicide and ran away with the guy. till now, her father was still sad about her death and always pushed people away, thinking that we will only sympathizes on him.
i kinda forgot the stories details a little but you get the point.
"of course your legs are hurting, you've been running around like a bug." aether comment as he pulled me to sit on the table. paimon snicker, "[y/n] seems so excited."
"i am! i can't wait to see liyue. are we that far yet?" i asked aether who deadpan, "almost. we're almost close to wangshuu inn, after wangshuu inn, we need to walk a little farther and we will arrive." aether said and my eyes immediately twinkle at the mention of wangshuu inn.
"will i be able to meet xiao? omg omg omg i wanna meet that little guy please." i chant in my head.
"yay, we will be able to taste smiley yanxiao's food again!" paimon cheered. "i dont want to meet that xiao."
"all you can think is food." aether rolled his eyes while paimon just stuck her tongue out.
"well, let's start walking again. it's going to turn dark, at least we need to arrive at wangshuu inn." aether said and i nodded, forcing myself to get up and i immediately groan, feeling my leg muscles ache. "i regretted running around."
anyway, i shake my leg a few times before fully getting up and catch up with aether and paimon.
after felt like hours, we've finally arrived at our first destination for today, wangshuu inn! to be honest i'm more beat that anything, i am excited but i remembered when i made a contact eye with the small geovishap, y'know the annoying one where it kept rolling and digging the ground to move. yeah, i accidentally made an eye contact with one, if you remembered there is one near the status of seven, near the wine stall. i'm scared shitless, running for my life when i saw that thing start running.
but after that we've finally saw my first status of seven in liyue!
