Ch.7:Shocker!

"HE WHAT?!"

I just told Christina about how my talk with Four went.As you can see,she isn't too happy...

"IS HE JUST GOING TO LET YOU DO IT ALONE?!"

I laugh,shaking my head,"I still need to tell him.And I already know when."

She nods,"When?"

"When I'm done with my fear simulation test,"I say.

She nods,"Ok,he better help with this bab-"

She stops talking as Will walks into the dorms.We exchange a glance.

"What were you girls talking about?"he asks,sitting beside Christina.

Christina shakes her head,"Nothing.I was uhm...just asking Tris if she's up for some paintballing...sometime..."

I smile and nod,"Yeah!Thats what we were talking about."

Will narrows his eyes at us,"Ok..."

I stand up,"Anyways,I should go.I have some 'business' to take care of."

Christina gives me a thumbs up.I smile at her.She mouths 'good luck'.

I nod and walk out of the dorms.

As I'm walking through the hall,I bump into someone.I fall to the ground,landing hard on my butt.I look up and see Four.He puts his hand out.I grab onto it.He lifts me up with no problem.

"Thanks,"I say,avoiding his eyes.

He nods.

I'm about to walk away,but he grabs my wrist.I turn around to face him.

"What did you want to tell me yesterday?"he asks.

"Oh uhm...Its something private.I don't think I should tell you in a hallway..."

He nods,"Lets go to my apartment."

I nod.

He let's go of my wrist and starts walking.I follow him.

I keep my arms crossed over my chest as we walk to his apartment.I avoid his eyes at all times.

Im still having a hard time believing that him and Lauren are together.I never really thought they would end up together...

Soon,we arrive to his apartment.He opens the door and let's me through first.He walks in soon after me.As I walk around,memories start to flood back into my mind.

Especially the bed...

That's where our baby was made...

He takes his coat off and sets it on his couch.He sits on his bed.I force myself to move and sit next to him.

He turns his head to me,"Ok,what'd you want to tell me?"

I nod,"Right...uhm..."I clear my throat,"You know that one night I came over and we had sex?"

He nods and looks down,"I remember."

I look down at my hands.I start playing with them,"I know you're not going to like this Four,but I-Im..."

He looks at me with raised eyebrows,"You're...?"

Come on Tris!Get it together and tell him!

I sigh,"Im pregnant..."

It's silent for a while.I start getting tears in my eyes,

He's angry...I know it...

"Are you serious?"he asks,quietly.

I nod,"I am,"my voice cracks,"Im so sorry Four,but I am..."

He sighs and rubs his face.

"What are we suppose to do?"I ask.

He wipes his hands on his pants,"I don't know...I really don't..."

I keep looking at the floor,letting tears out.

"Maybe we can get an abortion?"he says.

I snap my head to him,wide-eyed,"I am not doing that!I am not killing another human!"

He stands up,"Well what else are we suppose to do Tris?!"

I jump back,due to his sudden outburst,"I-I don't-"

"We can't raise a kid!Were not even dating!"he yells.

I stay quiet in my spot,playing with my hands.

"Say something Tris!"

"I don't know what to say..."

He raises his hand up and slams it on the dining table.

I jump back,in horror.

"My life is fucking over,"he sighs.

"Four...you can tell me if you don't want to be a part of its life...Ill understand.I think I can take care of it on my own just fine."

He shakes his head,"This is my baby too,I have to be in it's life.I can't be a messed up father like mine was."

I smile a little,

He does care about it...

"Lauren is going to be so pissed at me,"he says,pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Well...I don't have to worry about anyone being mad at me,because I'm not dating anyone,"I say.

He glares at me.

I laugh.

I see him smile a little.

"I think I'm just going to break things off with her,"he says,"We don't click as much."

I look up at him,finally meeting his eyes,"Who do you click with?"

He smiles and gets down on his knees.He grabs my hands and looks up at me.I look down at him.

"You,"he says.

I smile and put my hand behind his neck.I lean in and put my lips on his.

We kiss with so much love,and passion.

I missed his kisses so much...

"Don't call me Four anymore,"he says,"Call me by my name."

I wrap my arms around him,"I missed you Tobias,"I whisper.

He wraps his arms around me as well,"I missed you too."

"So...does this mean your committed to being a father?"I ask.

He nods,"This baby is our responsibility now."

I smile and kiss the top of his head.
