VIENNA

Nadia held a mug of hot chocolate in her hands at the bar in a diner next to Sam as Steve spoke to Nat on the phone outside. Nadia carefully blew on her hot beverage as Steve approached them after his disappointing phone call with the Romanoff woman. Nadia adjusted her blue baseball cap on her head while she looked straight ahead instead of glancing at Steve to seem as if the three of them weren't at the diner together.

Her zippers at the end of her sleeves on her black leather jacket, that was stolen by her brother from Nat's closet, clanged on top of the counter of the bar as she picked up her mug to take a sip. "She tell you to stay out of it?' Sam asked the super soldier as Nadia took a sip of her hot chocolate, burning her tongue a little bit. "Might have a point."

"He'd do it for me," Steve countered as he knew that his best friend would go out of his way to help Steve if he was in trouble.

"1945, maybe," Sam uttered in disbelief. "I just want to make sure we consider all our options. The people that shoot at you usually wind up shooting at me."

"I can handle stopping bullets from hitting us," Nadia muttered confidently with a smug grin as she set her mug down on the counter without it making a sound.

"I thought Steve told you to take a hike, Pipsqueak?" Sam responded to the oldest Maximoff, not making eye contact with her.

"I make my own choices, Bird Man," Nadia sassed back to Sam. "I'll say 'I told you so' when I save your ass from bullets."

Sam nudged the girl in the upper arm area resulting in Nadia retailiating and hitting Sam back in the arm. Nadia stopped though as she thought she was further proving the point that she shouldn't be there and should be at the compound with her sister instead.

Sharon Carter approached the bar, slipping a manila colored envelope on the counter. "Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public. Everybody thinks the Winter Soldier goes to their gym. Most of it's noise," she slid the envelope toward Steve. "Except for this. My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now....so that's all the head start you're gonna get. You're gonna have to hurry. We have orders to shoot on sight."

BUCHAREST

Nadia waited with Sam as Steve searched the tiny apartment for his best friend. She scanned her surroundings of the Romanian city, her back to Sam to let him scope out the other side of the city. Nadia could see multiple cars approaching the building that her and Sam were hiding out in. "Oh, this can't be good," Nadia hesitated as she turned her head to see the other side of the building where Sam had been watching. The various vehicles were surrounding the building all around. "Might want to hurry things up, Rogers," Nadia communicated with Steve.

"German Special Forces, approaching all over," Sam informed the Star Spangled Man as Nadia prepared herself mentally to fight if it came down to her needing to join in on the fight.

"They've set the perimeter," Sam relayed the new information to the Captain.

"Steve, you're going to have company any moment now," Nadia pressed her dominate hand up to her communication device resting in her right ear while watching the German forces enter the apartment building.

"They're on the roof. Nadia and I are compromised," Sam drawled as the Special Forces came closer to the two on top of the roof. "Five seconds! Three seconds!"

"Steve!" Nadia called to her closest friend to warn him to hurry up.

"We need to move," Sam advised to his partner on top of the roof. Nadia nodded and held her arms out, her psionic energy surrounding her palms. She felt herself float off the roof of the building and fly to the area where Cap and Bucky were.

"Sam, Nadia, southwest rooftop," Cap called out to them as he leaped from the building to the next building where Bucky was fighting a new person.

"Who the hell's the other guy?" Sam voiced Nadia's thought about the new mysterious person in what looked to be a black suit with little ears protruding at the top of the mask.

"About to find out," Cap landed on top of the roof only for a helicopter to fly overhead, shooting at them.

"Nadia, you might want to put your words to good use," Sam shouted over to her as she had mentioned in the diner that should could stop the bullets from hitting them. Nadia held up her hands and used her telekinesis on the firing bullets, stopping them before they could hit anyone. The contained bullets in Nadia's possession disentergrated into ash, the dust of them flying around her with some pieces landing in her hair as Sam took out the people in the helicopter.

Nadia jumped off the building and used her magical abilities to make it so she wouldn't hit the cement pavement below her. She stopped using her magic once she was a few feet off the ground and ended up losing her balance and collided to the ground, rolling a few times until she stopped completely.

She climbed to her feet and started running to the area she had last seen Cap and Bucky heading to. She found herself in an underpass with speeding cars all over and she grew tired of not being fast enough on feet and used her powers from the mind stone to fly as she had been practicing and expanding on her abilities ever since arriving in the United States as well as being trained by Cap and Nat.

Police cars were fast approaching behind her and Sam, their bright blue lights becoming overwhelming as more cars joined in on the chase. Nadia noticed the man in the black suit that she didn't know grabbed onto Sam's legs. Her attempt to help Sam got changed by the top part of the underpass being blown up, distracting Nadia and making her lose focus. Her blue mist disappeared around her and she fell to the cement and rolled to a stop, when she stopped moving, she clutched her elbow.

She forced herself to her feet and ran over to wear Cap and Bucky were with the unknown man. She breathed heavily as Rhodey landed down next to them in his black and silver suit. "Stand down, now!" He demanded as cop cars surrounded them with men holding guns in their hands, ready to shoot. "Congratulations, Cap. You're a criminal."

Nadia held her hands up in surrender as cops stepped closer to her and Cap and Bucky. She felt a cop grab her hands and handcuff them together, watching the unknown man take off his mask to reveal the new king of Wakanda, T'Challa.

"Your highness," Nadia heard Rhodey greet the king before she was shoved into the backseat of a black van with Sam, Cap, and T'Challa.
