As you set the last dish down in your large dining room, the children start piling in.
Gogyul had come down earlier to help you move the larger things of food.
He was already sitting on his side.
This room in particular was what sold Namjoon and Yoongi on the home.
A dining room, separate from the kitchen, located in the middle-base of the home. Large, extravagant, and royal. It was literally almost the size of a hall.
They knew off the bat that they wanted a lot of kids. And you knew that seven kids plus Winter's family, your parents, aunt and whatever friends the kids may find would add to the household. You all knew you needed something big.
You sat at the head of the table, staring at the empty seat across from you.
Mila, as always sat to the right of you, Tokki and Gogyul to the left of you. Then down the line.
"Where's Kwang?" You question
"Talking to Bash." Tokki says as he tries to grab the chicken but Gogyul smacks his hand.
"Wait for the rest of the family." Gogyul says to his brother
"Gogyul, I'm giving you a warning, but if you ever, smack my hand again, like I'm some child, I will beat your a—"
"Language." Jimin says as he and his brothers appear in their seats.
"Hey daddy!" Na-Rae says excitedly
"Hey baby cakes." Jimin replied
"We're in the big dining room today?" Jin asks as he gets situated in his seat
"Mm... Everyone's actually home on time to eat." You say as you sit patiently with your hands folded under your chin, glancing around at everyone at the table.
Conversation was very lively, like always.
"What'd you learn in class?" Jungkook asks Na-Rae
When she doesn't answer you glance at her,
"Rae...." You say suspiciously
"She worked on empathy, didn't do so well so we're going to focus more on that." Do-Wan says unfolding his silverware.
"Where is Kwang?" Yoongi wonders
"Here!" The boy chimes as he walks in, Sebastian right behind him before they take their seats right beside each other.
Kwang leans into his father and Yoongi smiles, ruffling the boys hair.
"Hello all." Sebastian smiles happily
"Hey Bash!" The guys say
"When'd you get back?" Hoseok asks
"A few hours ago..."
"Where is it you work again?" Jungkook asks
"Redrum Initiative, you know this." Sebastian chuckles
"Do we? We always have to re-learn things about you when you come back." Taehyung jokes
Sebastian's nods, "Yeah... I hate that. I requested some time off but I highly doubt I'll get it." He pouts
"Well no matter how childish my husbands are, you're always welcome Bash. We love you like one of our own." You say
"I know... thank you mama Kata."
"Of course," you smile, "dig in."
At that, everyone begins piling their plates full of food.
