Chapter Forty

The final day that you all had been anticipating arrived. Today would end everything and begin everything at the same time.

You took a deep breath in as you, Hoseok, Jin, Yoongi, and Namjoon stood in the watch tower.

You watched your three targets thoroughly, "They have to know we're coming.." you say

"Of course they know we're coming...they're playing dumb on purpose...It's a trap but not a very good one." Hoseok says as he comes behind you and snakes his arms around your waist, laying his chin on your shoulder.

"He plans battles like he's still living in ancient times." Yoongi chuckles

"Mm...yeah he does." Namjoon agrees, "Calm your nerves, beautiful. If I can feel them then so can everyone else, including the children."

"Have we trained them enough? Will it be enough? Joonie...I don't like that we're sending them out. I mean...the boys don't have any of us going with them...the girls have me and the twins have all seven of you." You say softly, turning your head slightly allowing Hoseok to plant small, sweet kisses onto your temple.

"They'll be fine, muffin. We trained them for this; they don't know how to lose." Jin said with a chuckle

"My dream...Do-Wan's paintings—"

"Will not come to fruition," Yoongi said in a hushed tone, "If everything goes as planned, we'll be done in no time."

"But that also brings about the question..." Jungkook begins as he enters, the other remaining two behind him.

You along with the others turned to face them on the other side of the table that sat between you all.

"What are we to do when we do eventually get to Lucifer?" Jimin asks softly

"If you want him alive, then you got it, kitten. As much as we want to, we won't touch him." Taehyung adds

"But," Jin begins, "If you want him—"

"I want him killed." You deadpanned, "I want nothing left."

Your seven men only nodded, but inside, their sins swirled with happiness and urgency to be released.

"Do you know what this means, My heart?" Yoongi said sweetly

"We'll have to pull out the part of us that you hate the most..." Taehyung said as he came close to rub your face with his hand

"The part that we don't even like to admit we have..." Jimin said sadly

"I don't hate those parts. And I know what I'm asking.... Do it." You said softly as you glance at each of them, "I don't hate these parts...I just know that there's more to you than the sins that you bare. I ain't always ask this of you...and hopefully I won't have to again. But I want you to unleash every feeling he's ever given to you. The things you won't even tell me about, I want you to make him feel if." You said deeply

"Mm." They all hummed darkly

"Hey, come on. We gotta meet dads and mom in the watch tower." Tokki said as he walked in on his siblings having a meeting.

Tokki sighed once he realized that they weren't moving so he closed the door behind him.

They were inside the Goddess room, similar to a bedroom but laced with white-marble walls, marble flooring, and gold trimmings. Light from the skies shined brightly into the room as they scattered all around, sitting in various places.

Na-Rae and Mila sat on the ground, Gogyul stood against the wall, glancing out the window, Hyun was lying on the bed with his eyes closed, Kwang sat at the desk with the chair spun toward his siblings, Do-Wan sat on the edge of the bed and Tokki continued to stand by the door.
