Mixed Emotions

Cyko's Pov:

I sighed, swinging my legs back and forth as I sat on the edge of a building with the wind blowing through my hair. I watched over the city, watching as the traffic moved in a steady flow. It's a shame, it's such a beautiful city, but too bad I have to destroy it. If only everyone was equal here... Why did I become a villain? Why was I the way I am? So many questions clouded my mind, but all had the same answer.

I pulled my legs up, I then sat with my knees to my chest. The answer came into my mind like a train pulling into a station. All the horrible memories from my high school experience came flooding back and clouding my mind. All the hitting, bullying, yelling, hurtful words and traumatic events haunted me. My life was a total nightmare back then..

I shook my head with a scoff and stood up, a smirk appeared. "Really? Was I really questioning why I'm a villain?" I cackled, extending my arms out, "I am the one and only Time Breaker after all~!" I gritted my teeth, throwing a hand to my chin, "I will protect everyone who is like me. Mark my words..."

I grinned evilly and tilted my head to the side with a click of my tongue, "Honestly they should be thanking me."

"Thanking YOU? Haha yeah. Don't make me laugh." I whipped my head around, seeing none other than my beeeeeest friend Nukey Lukey~

I balled both my fists and held them in front of my chest as I beamed, "Woooow~ Nukey Lukey, you must reaaaaally be attracted to me Huh~" I paused, throwing one of my arms forward and pointed at him, "It's like I'm the magnet and you're the metal! Hehe."

He rolled his eyes, placing a hand on his hip, "Yeah whatever. What were you going on about?" He narrowed his eyes, sending a glare right through me. I flinched then sweatdropped, geez, why did he have to be so scary....

I shook my head and placed one of my fingertips on my cheek with my head slightly tilted, "Huh? What do you mean going on about? I never said anything."

He clicked his tongue as he raised an eyebrow in suspicion, "Uh huh sure, then what was all that I just heard?"

I blinked, 'He heard that?' I decided to act, "Eh? I don't know what you're talking about. You must've been hearing things." I took a step back, my feet now on the edge of the building.

Luke facepalmed with a sigh, "I know what I heard, so instead of lying, just confess and tell the truth." He took a step forward. Heh, just as I expected him to, I grinned evilly at the sight, then covered it up with a smirk. I placed a hand to my chest before bringing it up into a quick solute.

"Nah~ That's sacred information for me only. Better luck next time Mr. Tech Nuke~! I cooed, swinging a leg forward as I fell backwards with a wink.

Luke ran to the edge and looked down, a worried expression written all over his face. "You idiot! Why would you purposely fall off of a building?!" He yelled, holding onto the edge of the building.

Did he actually care? Nah, no way he would. Who would care for someone like me? I shook that thought out of my head and snapped my fingers, a portal summoning right below me. I stuck my tongue out and made a peace sign at him before falling into the portal, teleporting to who knows where.

Luke blinked, hitting a realization. He shot up onto his feet with a grumble and kicked the ground. He placed both of his hands onto his head, "God dangit Luke, you let him get away again!"
