"Ah-yabai." Eudias blurted as she heard my story about my short term crush. "You're really crazy for falling in love with that guy, it sounds so convincing at the same time it sounded like it's all made up.."

I agreed, "I know, but I really really like him, though. I feel sad about it."

"He is way older than us, Nishikawa Mayu. Get yourself together, I'm pretty sure he's really into grown women." She kept on disagreeing. I can't argue with her anymore cause I think it's also a fact.

A fact that he probably think I'm childish, young and we're not going to be compatible for each other—if that's even the appropriate words.

"Come to think of it. He didn't contact you after talking to that woman, so he probably thinks it's much better for him to settle with her, don't you think?" Eudias added, "I think it's time for you to weigh things out so you won't be this..broken,"

"However, if ypu two crossed paths over the years, I'd say give it a try again, cause that's how fate works..I think? Don't be too harsh on yourself, Mayu."

"Wow, for once you sounded like my Uncle. Full of wisdom but can do little with their romance."

I've given up. There's nothing much I can do. All I can do is do best in class and studying so that I could move to Italy. At the same time, I really don't want to go that soon.

"Hey, Eudias..slap me," I mouthed.

"For what?"

"Just freaking do it." I said.

Eudias, your home girl did not hesitated to do it. She really slapped me way harder than I thought. I groan in pain, "..I thought it was going to be a light slap, you freak."

She laughed, "You asked for it. But, why'd you ask for it?"

"I thought it would sent me back to my senses. Like, I can figure it out..All I get is a tingling pain, you." I playfully grab her hair and ran away. Eudias chased her.

But it's not the fault of 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 that they can't concentrate and are 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱. (Hill, 2020)
