The day after you drown
The world will still go around,
While you're there,
Floating,
Face down.
Though water fills your lungs
The day has already begun
So Spit the water out
To avoid their frowns
Though you're already gone,
You're expected to stand strong
Keeping composure,
Though you were sure,
That it was all over.
The day after you die,
You have to get up and try.
Because the world doesn't care,
You're floating there.
Though your empty
And hollow,
The day after you die,
Pretend to care,
No one will want to see
You decomposing there.
