Scarlett Emerson. A sweet, but spoiled as Michael would say... little girl. When she came along, the age gap between her and her siblings was known to be large. Sam wasn't too happy to become the middle child, but he couldn't deny he was excited about having a little sister to look after.
She seemed to be the only Emerson sibling who was actually happy about moving. But, being only seven years old, Lucy figured that she probably would barely even remember her life in Phoenix.
But, she was quite the emotional one. She wasn't whiny, just a bit of a cry baby. It was easy to make her cry, so her older brothers had to be really careful with their older sibling teasing. One time, Sam had called her a "little shithead" for accidentally ripped a page of one of his comics, and she cried for two hours. And another time, Michael had told her to scram while he was trying to fix up his bike, and she cried all the way back to her room.
One day, though... the child would come to find out what a new emotion was. And boy, did she love it.
She had first met the Frog brothers during the whole David fiasco, and at first, they really didn't pay too much attention to her. But, as they became closer with Sam, they really had no choice but to deal with her all of the time.
Scarlett was constantly trying to insert herself when all three of the boys were at the Emerson residence. She would draw random pictures and go in and out of Sam's room to deliver them to each of the boys. She would run awkwardly in and out in the living room if they were watching a movie. She tried everything in her power to spend time with them, but it would always end with Sam telling her to leave them alone.
She liked being around Edgar, though. She liked talking to him, seeing him help her reaching things from cabinets. Every time she heard Edgar's voice when him and Alan walked through the front door, she would always run to go and say hello to him.
Sam noticed her little obsession, even telling Michael and the Frog brothers,
"I think Scarlett has a little bit of a crush on you, Edgar..." he told the Frog brother, and Edgar's eyes practically rolled to the back of his head,
