AJ's P.O.V.

Ten minutes go by with nothing being said. It was quiet other than the radio in the background. I sit in the backseat in my head while staring out the window. The next thing I know, I hear my name being called. I look up and see Autumn looking at me and I hum in response.

"I just wanted to give you a heads up and to let you know, we don't live around here. We were on a little vacation so we are on our way to the airport to head back home to California." She informs me.

"I've never been on a plane before." I say. She must have noticed the nerves in my voice cause she gives me a small reassuring smile.

"We kinda figured, so we made sure that you are seated between us on the plane. Also make sure that when we get to the airport, you need to be with one of us at all times. It's going to be really crowded and we don't want you to get lost." She says.

"Ok" I reply feeling the nerves growing.

Ayden parks the car in a section of the parking lot at the airport for rental cars. As the car shuts off, I unbuckle and get out along with Autumn and Ayden. I follow Ayden to the trunk of the car and I grab my suitcases and they grab theirs. Autumn starts walking first, then I follow and Ayden is walking behind me.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the building, being as the parking lot is so big. We walk through the entrance and walk up to a counter. My guess is to return the keys to the rental car, if the sign above us told me anything. Five minutes go by and I feel a hand on my shoulder, leading me to a line so we can go though security.

Once through security, we make our way to our terminal and find some seats so we can wait to board out plane. We find a section of empty seats and sit down. I sit and just look around at my surroundings. There are so many people, it's kinda overwhelming. I've never been around this many people at once before.

"I think I'm going to go find us some food. What do you guys want?" Ayden asks us while getting out of his seat.

"I'm kinda in the mood for some McDonald's, so could you just get me a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a Dr. Pepper with light ice. What do you want AJ?" Says Autumn.

"I'll just have the same thing, thank you." I reply.

Ayden walks off, leaving us in our seats. I go back to people watching while Autumn is doing something on her phone. It's quiet between us, but it's not awkward or anything which I'm thankful for. One of the things I hate the most is awkward silence.

I continue to watch the people around me. There is so many things going on around me. I see people walking/running passed or people just sitting in the seats surrounding me. I hear chatter, laughter and babies crying. It's all overwhelming but at the same time it's kind of calming, just watching people live their lives.
