Mina's POV
I shuffled through my bag in the middle of the scorching fiery sun of Seoul University, hoping to find my portfolio. I swear I put right here! Ugh this is so frustrating already. I'm late for my class, my portfolio is missing, my hair looks like a mess, and I'm hungry as hell. If it weren't for my sister, I would be in my seat right now.
"Ugh I should've just eaten the pancakes mom cooked for me."
"Well I did dipshit."
I looked to my right and I plastered a smile on my face. There stood my best friend, Momo in her gorgeous outfit. Just a simple Vee neck shirt, black jeans, and stilletos. She always stood out even in the simplest clothes she wore.
"Oh you stopped by the house?" I said while taking the paper bag from her.
"Of course I did. I had this feeling when I woke up that you are gonna be late again and not eat your breakfast so I stopped by your house and got you this. Aunt says you hate maple syrup so I got cheess instead. Your favorite. " she said as we walked through the crowded halls of our university.
I blushed when I heard the word "cheese". She noticed it instantly and teased me to death.
"Well would you look at that. You could've just told me that the thought of her would fill you up. If I knew I wouldn't have just brought you these HAHAHA." I swear if she isn't my best friend , I'd have her neck wrapped around my fingers and strangle her.
Ughhh she's so annoying"!
"Would you please, for the love of God, just shut up and let me enjoy this day?" I said annoyingly but still blushing. Mina you're so whipped.
"Why would I do that? You're so fun to tease. And besides, it's your fault anyway. You always blush whenever you see her. Even her name makes you whimper you horny slut. Sana. Sana. Sana! " and true to be told, I do whimper whenever I hear her name. This bitch loves to tease me.
"Shhhhh!!!!! Shut up! Someone might hear you! It's not what you think okay? I just find her attractive. That's all." I said as we were nearing our classroom. She suddenly faced me and started walking backwards.
"Really now? what about that time when you followed her-----"
She didn't finish whatever she's saying when she bumped onto someone.
"Oww!" Momo said as she grimaced in pain. She's now lying on the floor with coffee stains all over her shirt.
"Oh my God I'm so sorry. I didn't see you there." said a deep but soothing voice.
"You fucki----- uhm.. u-ugh... ahhh..... uhm i-its okay. No harm done. HEHEHE." she said as she stood up, not taking her eyes off of Dahyun. I swear I saw hearts in her eyes.
Tss. talk about whipped.
"Are you sure? your shirt's all wet and... brown now. Let me get you another one. We have the same class too so it wouldn't hurt skipping class alone. " Dahyun said as she held her by her arms.
"I ---- uhh----- ye-yeah. y-yes! of course! sure!." Momo said, still stuttering and blushing. She stood up and faced Dahyun fully, not even sparing a glance on me.
"Okay I'll just inform the teacher about this. I'll get going now." I said and they both nod.
Momo winked at me and mouthed "thank you". I just laughed at her antics.
They both left and as I was almost at the door of our classroom, I realised something..
Dahyun is always in the same class with Sana. Their family runs this whole school and their parents gave them permission to be in the same class. So that only means--- Oh no!
"Ms. Myoui, if you are done daydreaming, you can enter the class now." Mr. Park, our homeroom teacher said.
My thoughts were interrupted when Mr. Park's voice echoed in the whole room. And I realised that everyone was looking at me as I stood by the door. And by everyone, I mean e.ve.ry.one., including HER.
Oh my god this isn't happening. This is our first time being in the same class and I already made a fool out of myself. Way to go Mina. There goes your chance of being noticed by her.
"Oh, uh, I'm sorry Sir." I said bowing my head and immediately found my way to an empty seat near the window. I chose a seat far from her but there's a vacant one behind me. I settled all my things and told Mr. Park about the situation with Dahyun and Momo. He understood and started his lesson
Thirty minutes later, I felt a presence behind me. I ignored it and just continued to listen.
About 10 minutes later, I felt the person leaning towards me and I shivered as a warm breath lingered through my nape. And suddenly that person spoke and I swear I nearly shit myself
"You know I don't like it when people ignore me. I've been trying to call you for the past 5 minutes now. " Her voice sounds cold but very attractive. It's deep but very relaxing. I recognised it right away.
I tried to ignore her and kept my posture as if I didn't hear a thing when the truth is, I'm literally screaming inside.
God help me. I feel like I'm about to explode. I bet I'm blushing as hell right now. Ughhh I hate how I'm so whipped for her.
She called me in a small voice again and this time, put a hand on my shoulder and that's when things got fucked up.
I got shocked by her sudden move and rose immediately from my seat in attempt to run away but I accidentally slipped and went face to face with the floor. Well, fuck me.
Everyone started laughing and whispering saying I'm so clumsy, and a loser.
I'm in the verge of crying when I felt a hand on shoulders. I saw worry in her eyes and she immediately helped me up. I feel so embarrassed at what happened that I ran away.
Mr. Park and Sana tried calling me but I just ran faster.
I should just kill myself. Yes. That's perfect.
