CHAEYOUNG'S POV

"What do mean, you want to take me out?" Mina asked. She's now sitting on her bed as I put on my coat.

I went to her side and sighed deeply.

"Look I know we're going way too fast that's why I want to get to know you more. I know it sounds silly but since the first time I saw you I just can't stop thinking about you. And I know for a fact that you like Sana and she likes you too but please give me a chance here. I know you felt it too." I held her hand and looked deeply into her eyes.

"I--I don't know what to say." she looks hesitant.

"That's fine. I'm not rushing you, but think about it okay?" I gave her a small smile then stood up. "I'm gonna go now. The rain stopped already. Goodbye Mina."

I got out of her house and exhaled the breath I've been holding for awhile now. What was I thinking? Kissing a girl out of nowhere. I'm such a pervert.

But I have to admit, she really got me with her eyes. For so long, I've been so cold with everyone. I've had countless one nights stands, all of them are strangers to me and I always leave them after I take what I want. But with Mina, one look, one touch, and one kiss, she got me wrapped around her finger.

Maybe it's time I forget about her. My past. The one who's always in my nightmares. She cheated first. I gave her my everything and all she gave in return was heartbreak and misery. It's not fair that I'm all broken and devastated while she's probably living happily with her new lover.

I need to move on. I have to. Or I'll be stuck in this cycle just waiting to die.

As I was driving my way back home, I noticed a car following me. Maybe we're just going in the same direction? But it's been 30 minutes and that car is still behind me, turning street after street as me. I smirked as I finally recognized who's car it is. I stepped on the gas and drove even faster. My car has 1360 hp and can withstand any terrain. Besides, I'm trained for things like this. I looked at my rear view mirror, that Honda Civic is still behind me and it looks like the driver is lagging a bit. We reached the freeway and it seems to me that we are the only one driving around here. I drove even faster and when I reached the isolated part of the road, I swerved my car to the left and drifted. The driver didn't expected my sudden move causing him to brake and bumped on a tree. I got out of my car and slammed my door. I found a teeny tiny scratch just by the hood. I looked at the car by the tree, which is now smoking, and got closer to it.

I saw the person inside, coughing and struggling to get out. I huffed a huge breath and put my hands on my waist. I looked at my watch and counted 10 seconds.

I opened the door and Min Yoongi, my father's youngest bodyguard, stumbled on the road. His nose is bleeding, there's a scratch on his forehead, and his knuckles are red and bleeding too. He looks like trash.

"You know If you want something from me, you could have just sent someone. I don't like it when someone's following me on places like this, I'm concerned for their life, I might take it. You also forgot one little detail about me. I drive racecars, remember? Aiissh. You fool." I said as I take out my cigarette and light it up. Aside from milk, smoking makes me feel better after a long day of work.
