AT A SECRET PLACE

Collins paced up and down not knowing what to do….He doesn’t understand why everything is not going according to plan and calling his guys is a risk he’s not willing to take cause it might be a trap….He grabbed a vase and threw it to the wall and it shattered making a loud sound…..Dineo is supposed to be here with him “he thought”....He took his phone and dialed another number and the phone rang for some time then someone answered.
Voice: good thing you called
Collins: why...whats going on
Meyers: you need to come to my house Collins
Collins: what...why and since when do i need to come to your house Meyers
Meyers sighed.
Meyers: you know what.... you’re right don’t come its a trap
Collins: what trap....what’s going on Meyers
Meyers: i received a gift....a box with chopped up human body parts
Collins: wh...what
Meyers: who did you fuck with Collins....they said i must deliver them to you and to tell you that they are coming for you....now who did you fuck up!!!
He said shouting the last part.
Meyers: they threatened my family and my career!!!
Collins: look they are trying to scare you....just relax man
Meyers: listen and listen carefully....my family and career come first so you better start running cause I’m gonna tell them your whereabouts...i will not lose my family and career because of you......i paid my debt when i made evidence of your murder case disappear  so i don’t owe you any favors any more
Collins: listen here man i.…
Tu..tu..tu  Meyers dropped the call and Collins tried to call him back but his numbers didn’t go through....he threw his phone across the room screaming out loud.
Collins: this is not happening....this is not fucking happening
He said to himself pacing up and down with his hands on top of his head.

AT THE ROYAL BNB
 
Marang screamed bend over the table, holding on to it tight as Cole pounded on her from behind as he held her waist tight.
Cole: you like that huh???
Marang: Cole...i cant...i cant take it anymore
Cole: you still calling me by my name ntokazi
He said going deeper hitting her G-spot and she clenched her jaws as her body shook squirting all over the floor.
Cole: yeah that’s it....
He said with a sexy tone still fucking Marang from behind...she tried to move with the little strength she has left and he pulled her back pounding at her at high speed.

They are now laying in bed naked with Marang’s head on his chest.
Marang: you sure you don’t want me at the royal palace for the funeral
Cole: yeah…. I don’t want you near Mapula’s daughters without Dee by your side
She sighed.
Marang: in other words I’m a weakling and I cant take care of myself

He said pushing her back so he looks at her face.

She turned and looked the other way.
Cole: Marang
Marang: what
Cole: what did you call yourself
She didn’t say anything.
Marang: you don’t think I can take care of myself Cole….i always have to have Dineo by my side for you to feel that I’m safe…you don’t think I’m capable of taking care of myself Cole and that’s the truth
Cole sighed.
Cole: you don’t get it do you
Marang: don’t get what
She said turning to look at him while sulking.
Cole: how your safety means to me...after that Mazwi saga I just want to keep you safe at all times ntokazi….what you went through still haunts me even today
She sat up swallowing.
Cole: I know you have a kind and loving heart ntokazi and people tend to see that as weak and take advantage so I don’t want to find myself in jail for murder because someone hurt you
She sighed.
Marang: before I met Dee and you I was all alone Cole...i took care of myself….i survived on my own….i know I’m not like Dineo, all tough and crazy but trust that I can take care of myself….don’t make me feel and seem weak
He clenched his jaws.
Cole: I’m not trying to ntokazi I just….
Marang: I know you’re not trying to im just saying…..
She breathed out.
Marang: have faith gore I can take care of myself that’s all…..don’t make me feel like im some incapable woman
He shook his head and got off the bed.
Cole: all this just because I don’t want you to go to a funeral that I know they’ll be drama at….you don’t even know anyone there….i never said you’re weak and incapable I just want to protect you that’s all
He said getting dress looking pissed.
Marang: why are you angry
She said calmly.
Cole: I’m not angry
Marang: then why are you getting dressed looking angry
Cole: I said I’m not angry are you deaf!!!
She raised an eyebrow looking at him then she sighed and shook her head also getting out of bed and she picked her clothes as well and started getting dressed.
Marang: this wont work
He stopped tying his shoes.
Cole: what wont work….why are you getting dressed
Marang: us...we wont work...we shouldn’t have…
Cole: whoooah….hold up….why the hell would you even say that
She continued to get dressed and he went to her and grabbed her jeans.
Cole: what do you mean we wont work….do you think this is some fucken game Marang…..we’re fucken married for fucks sake...husband and wife….and in case you you haven’t figured it out, we are human and humans argue all the damn time….so now I cant be upset or pissed when we have an argument so that you wont end us
He asked looking angry and she swallowed.
Cole: ngiyabuza…. ngiphendule ( im asking you….answer me)
She just looked away.
Cole: I’m asking you a question Marang answer me
Marang: we shouldn’t have…..i don’t even know if I’m ready for us again
Cole: you know what fuck this shit
He let go of her jean.
Cole: im done
Her heart started beating fast.
Marang: wha...what do you mean
He finished tying his shoes and he grabbed his wallet and car keys totally ignoring her and he walked out leaving her blinking rapidly trying to fight off her tears….she slowly sat down and they fell with her heart beating fast and hands shaking.

AT THE ROYAL HOMESTEAD
 
Kgosi’s phone rang.
Kgosi: its… Cole
His father indicated that he should answer and he did.
Kgosi: bafo
Cole: yazi uMarang ungijwaela amasimba ( Marang is bullshitting me)….i’m fucken sick and tired of her childishness….what the fuck does she wants from heh….what….my fucken heart on a silver platter to see how much I love her….ungifunani lomfazi King…( what does this woman want from me King)
Kgosi frowned as Cole lashed over the phone.
Kgosi: what happened
Cole: uyanya im done begging her...she can go to hell…..im done with her nxa
Kgosi: whoooah chill man….what happened
Cole: ukuphi ( where are you)
Kgosi: at the palace
Cole: im coming
Then he dropped the call and Kgosi sighed and found the King looking at him.
Kgosi: he fought with his wife
King: mmmh…..now tell me who has the guts to come to my kingdom and do that nonsense to a princess and a future queen of this kingdom
Kgosi sighed….he couldn’t tell the king about Collins being Dineo’s ex cause he doesn’t want them to blame her for Richard’s death….you’ll never know how people behave when they are grieving he doesn’t want Dineo to be on their receiving end.
Kgosi: the same guy that killed Tirelo is the same guy that tried to abduct Dineo and hurt Gorata….he send those thugs
King: why is he after Dineo and you heard what Motlalepula said….Tirelo died for her sins so why is this guy still after Dineo to a point that he send people to my kingdom...my kingdom to cause a ruckus Kgosi
Kgosi: he...he wanted Gauta….i don’t know whats going on my King…..i’ve been gone for 2 years so I don’t know the kind of enemies Tirelo made...all I know is one of the guys he send talked and they wanted Dineo and the baby
He cant believe he’s lying to his father like this...the King sighed.
King: what the hell is going on Kgosi
Kgosi clenched his jaws looking down.
Kgosi: I’ll find him my King and you’ll get your answers
The king sighed.
King: how’s Dineo and my granddaughter
Kgosi: they are ok...Dineo is healing ok...soon they’ll be discharged
The King nodded and he sighed.
King: i need a drink but those old fools wont let me drink nxa
Kgosi: I can organize it for you
He said quickly and the king looked at him.
King: I never asked you for any alcohol...you have 5 minutes to come back to this room…. now leave my room
Kgosi caught on what his father was actually saying and he smiled and got up.
Kgosi: yes my King
Then he walked out and the King sighed….he really needed that drink.

AT THE HOSPITAL
 
Marang walked inside Dineo’s room looking like her world was coming to an end and Dineo put away the magazine she was paging through and frowned.
Dineo: Marang keng ( Marang what is it)
She sat down and looked down and the tears she’s been holding in ran down her cheeks.
Marang: he shouted at me ad he said he’s done
Dineo: who….Cole?
She nodded and Dineo sighed.
Dineo: what happened
Marang: we had sex and he told me he didn’t want  me to go to the funeral cause you wont be there and I just felt like he thinks I’m weak or something so an argument started and ….
Dineo: wait…
He stopped her and sighed.
Dineo: why would you want to go to the funeral Marang…..who do you know there
Marang: its not about the funeral Dineo don’t you get it
Dineo: then what is it about then
Marang: he’s controlling Dineo….i cant even make my own decisions….he...he
She got up furiously.
Marang: he’s just an asshole!!!
Dineo: whats going on Marang...whats really going on
She sat down and cried.
Marang: he killed my baby and I still love him Dineo….. a lot….why do I still love him so much Dee…..i shouldn’t love him….he beat me up and I lost my baby and I still love him so much
She said crying.
Dineo: ooh Marang...come
Marang got up and she went to join Dineo on her bed still crying and Dineo held her.
Marang: why cant I hate him Dee…..why do I still yearn for him…..what if he hits me again….what if…
She cried.
Marang: he said he’s done….my heart Dineo….it hurts….what if its really over and he meets another woman and falls in love and he gets married to her and they have kids
She pulls away from Dineo.
Marang: I swear im gonna kill them both and their stupid baby
She got off the bed and fixed her shirt.
Dineo: Marang???
Marang: I need to take care of something I’ll be back
Dineo: where are you going…..MARANG???
she shouted after her as she walked out of the door which made Gauta to cry…..she sighed and she slowly got off the bed and attended to her.

Cole’s phone rang as he waited for Kgosi to come back from his fathers room and it was Marang, he didn’t want to talk to her but he thought against it cause it might be an emergency.
Cole: yah
marang: who is she
He frowned.
Cole: who is who
Marang: the bitch you’re leaving me for….who is she Cole!!!
He frowned.
Cole: ukhuluma ngani Marang ( what are you talking about Marang)
Marang: I swear im gonna kill both of you…..you think you can beat me up and kill my child then move on to live happily ever after….i see you don’t fucken know me….i’ll show you who I really am….you wanna see crazy….i’ll show you crazy
Then she dropped the call leaving Cole confused as hell….Kgosi budged in his room.
Kgosi: we need to find Marang….Dineo says she thinks she just had a mental breakdown or something
Cole: what the hell is happening...she just called me now accusing me of cheating or shit like that
Kgosi: lets go man eish
Cole sighed and he got up and followed Kgosi out.
