"Hey babe," Tyson said as he wrapped his arm around me trying to kiss my cheek.

"Sorry I was late for school, truck wouldn't start." he said as he threw his thumb over his shoulder to where his beat up old ford was sitting.

I shoved his arm off of my shoulder looking at him shocked. He didn't know. I started laughing uncontrollably as Tyson gave me a puzzled look, which made me laugh even harder.

"Yo-you-yo- you don't know." I managed between laughs. He gave me another look.

"Know what?" He questioned. I gave him a pitiful smile as I grabbed his face between my hands like I would kiss him.

"Well of course silly you know, you know, how you slept with my best friend." I said as I smiled. His eyes rounded into saucers as he comprehended what I just told him.

"You know?" He asked me dumbly.

"No Ty, I don't know." I said as I took my hands from his face his blue eyes still wide as I slapped him across the face. His head snapped to the side, more shocked then hurt.

"Who told you?" He asked after he recovered.

"The bitch who you've been screwing."

"Kat." he breathed her name as he slowly backed away from me.

"I'm sorry, Phoebe." he held up his hands in surrender.

"Get the hell out of my face." I whispered but I knew he had heard me and he sprinted out of the diner starting up his truck and evacuated the half empty parking lot fast.

I sulked over to the coffee pot and pored it straight ready for this day to be over.

"Phoebe get in here now." my aunt called from the back. The one of the two waitress gave me a snide look the other gave me a wave.

"Grab an apron you may be out of school but you will work these next two days and you will be grounded." She said as she stuck out her hand for my iPhone. Which I handed over not complaining it wasn't that bad.

I grabbed my extra uniform from Judy's office and slipped into and grabbed my pink and blue apron that matched it.

It was finally lunch time and the crowd started to trickle in students and teachers all coming for the amazing food that Judy served.

"Wow, even on punishment she has you slaving." Cassius my gay best friend said as he grabbed an apron and a notepad. Cassius was a senior were I was a junior and he had work release, so he took his morning classes and worked in the afternoon.

"I heard that Cass!" Judy called from the back. Cassius just smiled and turned to me.

"That was the most beautiful kick-ass fight I have ever seen." Cass said making me blush.

"Why thank you, Cass."

"Omg. Who. Is. That. Magnificent. Sexy. Beast?" Cass said. I rolled my eyes at Cass he was so dramatic and I turned my head staring in the gorgeous eyes of,
"Drew."
