Y/N POV:

The second he asked me that question the second we instantly connected and I knew we were gonna turn out to be really good friends. We spent the last class of the day cracking up jokes and dying of laughter. He's funny.

"tommy we need to do work" attempting to concentrate on the work as I slammed my hands down on the desk and me and him looked at each other and start laughing even more over nothing really

"WAIT WHAT ARE WE DOING AGAIN?" and the teacher looked up towards us in disappointment as it only took half of the lesson for tommy to actually focus on what we are doing

"we need to pick a artist and write about them"

"for fucks-"

"TOM! watch that language" the teacher shouted at him and by that it made the whole class and turn to tommy. We were both laughing so much and I didn't help his situation

Class has ended and we started to pack up all the work we didn't do

"hey y/n?"

"yeah?"

"wanna like go to like the park or something and hang out/ do our work?"

"sure" and i quickly realised i was being soft "i mean sure I GUESS IF YOU REALLY REALLY WANT ME TO AND IF I REALLY REALLY HAVE TO" obviously joking and him only laughing as people in our class was turning their heads towards us to see why i was speaking so loud. Oh whatever they are all boring anyway. I was having a nice conversation with tommy as we walked to the park from the bus we got.
We walked around the park for a bit with me trying to take photos of flowers and trees for our 'wilderness' project but to be honest i was getting tried and couldn't be bothered and i think tommy had given up too. We both sat on the swings just talking and getting to know more about each other

"we should play 21 questions"

"oh i remember playing this game. then i turned 7" i joked

"what's you fav colour"

"brown, I like to dress in the colour brown. and wtf pick better questions u so boring. Have you ever had your first kiss"

His smile faded a bit until he answered with a simple "no."

"have you never gone to a teenage party?"

"every week." it was true. Im somewhat popular and his face dropped even more
"what have you not?"

"no."

"WHAT?!!?" and he laughed
"HOW HAVE U NOT???" and he shrugged his shoulders still laughing at my reaction
"we gotta change that"

"how? I never get invited to these things"

"well now you know me you will."

"no I don't actually care. I like staying at home and st-" and he paused to things about he was saying "staying on call to my friends." secretly saving himself

"no you have to come to a party at least once"

"i'm okay really"

"you have tooooo"

"no."

"yes"

"no."

"yes"

"no."

"yes"

"no."

"yes"

"no."

"yes"

"no y/n"

"okay fine." and the game ended there, we talked some more at it was reaching the time when I had to be home. Tommy offered to walk me home and we figured out we only live down the road from each other. Small world. We had arrived at the front of my house and I said goodbye to tommy and walked to my front door while tommy watched me to make sure i was in safe before going home himself. That was really nice of him. I just wished I had his number or something so we could talk more.
