" we have alot to talk to yall about," i scratch my head and turn to y/n. she is looking down at her feet , picking at her nails.

infront of us sits our bestfriends , who we are supposed to tell everything to except this one time.

me and y/n have been talking for about 1 month now and i plan to make it official soon. before i do that i wanted to make sure that our friends were aware of this.

" yeah you two have been acting weird ever since cali," alejandro chimes as he sits on the couch next to alvaro.

" first off we want to make it clear that we both have been single a few days before we left la." i state and robert chokes on his soda.

" what?" alvaro blinks in shock. " yeah life took a turn for other plans. which leads to number two."

i look over to y/n and grab her hand. she looks at me with the most calmest smile. we both look back at the boys and they look lost.

" me and y/n have been secretly talking for about a month now."

" wait what the fuck?" roshaun sits up from his chair. " how tf did this even come about?"

" basically before vic came back , i confessed my love for y/n at the fair. i have been feeling that way for her since sophomore year but never had the chance to say anything. i continued to date vic because i also liked her , its a whole lot that i cant explain."

everyone just sits in silence. " see i told you they were gonna be mad." y/n whispers in my ear.

" final fucking ly , ive been waiting for this dumbass to open his eyes and see that he should be with you," robert sits up.

" we have shipped you guys for the longest. now i can stop pretending like i dont." ale stated and continued to drink his water.

i almost collapsed from the nervousness i was feeling. the answer they gave me clamed my nerves and i was able to breathe.

" i hope you guys know not to say anything to anyone yet," i inform them. " we are trying to keep it a secret right now because once everyone finds oug to early everything would turn into a shitshow."

" yeah just like me and alyssa," ale sighs.

" im hungry not gonna lie," kairi announced. " when are you never?" mattia ask grabbing my keys. " no sir you will not be driving my precious baby,"

" what? why? i have a licenses and i drive perfectly fine," he whines. " it doesn't matter , you drive way to damn rough for me." i think back to all the times i would drive with mattia. he drives like we have extra lives.

" i promise i wont drive to rough , ok." he looks down at me. " fine,"

" so when are y'all officially gonna start dating?" alvaro questions.

i feel like im ready but i dont know how mattia is feeling. we have been taking things slow and everything seems to be fine. we talked alot about the future and we really want to be together.

" soon," mattia smiles at me and looks back at the boys. " aww crying and throwing up," roshaun states with a fake smile.

" ok but did yall know that armadillo shells are bulletproof?" i told them and kairis mouth drops. mattia rubs his temples and the rest of them start laughing.

" what the fuck? thats like sick," kairi says.

" like imagine some literal fucking psycho makes a suit out of armadillo shells," i said laughing.

mattia giggles next to me as kairi sits in shock. " y/n that was so fucking random," alejandro laughs.

" bruh what the fuck is wrong with you?" mattia said nudging me. " and also wood frogs can hold their pee for 8 months." i said and everyone randomly burst out laughing.

" what do you do on your free time," mattia laughed. i pouted at him and crossed my arms. " i do alot of... thinking dumbass." i said bitterly.

" yeah clearly," robert giggles.

" i was joking," mattia kisses the top of my head. " your very interesting,"

" atleast she isn't boring, unlike some people." alvaro says.
