When Su Minshan saw the person behind Wei Wuxian, his face contorted and became ugly out of anger.

"Why is it always you? Can you just stay out of my business? I saw this lady first!" 

He was mildly intoxicated between a few glasses of hard liquor he downed before he arrived at the hotel, and the beauty of the lady he had eyes on. So logic and common sense were furthest away from his inebriated mind. 

Plus, he always hated Lan Wangji.

In his mind, Lan Wangji was the biggest obstacle that prevented him from being on top of the world, whether it was acting or love life. He was nominated for best actor, yet it was Lan Wangji who won it. He was the number one bachelor, before Lan Wangji showed up. He was number one before there was Lan Wangji. 

So imagine how frustrated he was when Lan Wangji came out of nowhere and took it all away.

He believed that Lan Wangji was there to mock him, to look down on him and to make his life a living hell.

Wei Wuxian, on the other hand, felt half relieved and half pissed, because although this was an unknown turf, he could still kick ass, yet this… neanderthal brute seemed to think that he was some kind of a damsel in distress in need of saving. So he moved away from the hard body while glaring at the golden orbs of the owner who had nothing to say… yet. He was just given him a once over, then a smirk slowly came out, making his handsome face become devilish.

"I don't know you have this kind of… kink." There was amusement in Lan Wangji's eyes, which made Wei Wuxian become more pissed. 

Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian looked at each other, one with amusement, the other with disdain, and they ignored Su Minshan completely.

Su Minshan was getting more agitated.

How dare they flirt so blatantly in front of him?

Wei Wuxian had a sixth sense especially when he felt someone's approaching him with ill intent. So when the inebriated man reached out for his hand with the intention to pull him away from Lan Wangji's embrace, he did not think twice before maneuvering the stray hand and locking it behind the owner's back. Then he took out a zip tie and tied both hands tight.

Su Minshan was too stunned to even protest.

"Nice move." 

Lan Wangji did not move a finger to help, instead he turned around and left.

That was making Wei Wuxian puzzled, and instead of leaving by himself, he kicked the perverted bastard once, making him unconscious, and followed Lan Wangji.

"Hey, what are you doing here? I thought you're some kind of a virgin monk who doesn't care about relationship, yet here you are in this stupid matchmaking party."

Wei Wuxian catched up and walked beside Lan Wangji in ease, but since he was in a dress, his hand was fixing the thigh high slit, and it didn't escape Lan Wangji's sharp gaze.

Lan Wangji stopped abruptly and then he talked in a soft voice.

"Do you want to change? I have no idea why you dressed like that, but I'm sure you have a good reason… or maybe it really is just a kink?"

"Shut up, I got pranked. And yes please I would like to change if you don't mind."

"... follow me then."

Lan Wangji took him to the penthouse upstairs and ordered someone to bring a new set of clothes for Wei Wuxian.

After changing into his usual torn jeans, black shirt, leather jacket and boots, Wei Wuxian started to feel like himself again. 

"As I thought, you look better in that kind of clothes." 

Surprisingly, Lan Wangji gave him a compliment out of nowhere and it made him blush.

He was just about to excuse himself when Lan Wangji threw a card to him. He took it with a questioning glance.

"Keep it. It's the key to this room. You can use it anytime you want."

Why should he act like a male lead in korean drama? Not that he watched it, but still he felt something was wrong.

"What happened to you? Why are you suddenly being nice to me?"

Lan Wangji paused for a few seconds, and to his surprise he suddenly walked closer to Wei Wuxian and grabbed the back of his head. Then with an insurmountable strength, Lan Wangji pulled him closer and gave him an open mouthed kiss.

By the time the cold yet soft lips touched his own, Wei Wuxian felt a tingly feeling and surprisingly he could feel heat starting to rise from his gut. Coupled with the woodsy aroma of sandalwood and the teasing of the tongue, he involuntarily gasped and felt aroused.

Then as sudden as it started, Lan Wangji ended the kiss, and held him close. Then he whispered in Wei Wuxian's lips.

"Because you are mine."
