Part 28

Alexandra

The lions formed a circle around him. Orro standing beside me holding his growl. Luka looks at me like he is about to charge at me to hold me down, ordering his creatures to attack but the Gods ward them off. I growl loudly as I pull the dagger Oslak gave me against the sword crossing it in front of me as I jump high levitating and charge against him. Nea creates another halo around me as I pierce the sword into his chest and slit Luka's throat with the dagger. My breathing is heavy as I stare into his eyes while he is annihilated. 

"Lexie..." Taissa's voice croaks in shock. I turn around to look at her. I drop the dagger on the ground. I look at Hal looking directly back at me. An Oolvana swoops in front of me with Devra mounting it and floating at a height where he is visible to all. 

"You have seen your gods fight a war today." he addresses everyone. The fighting had stopped with the Helviti creatures being annihilated by Vaira. The Attyran and Gaian army still arresting Ayrians. But their ears were now listening only to Devra. "You have seen the fall of the God of Violence and War. You have witnessed the triumph of good over evil. Ayra will rebuild. Ayra will not fall" he commands "You will rise and rise with good in your hearts and do so under your King" he speaks. "King Kal of Ayra and Gaia" he anoints. I look at Kal looking shocked at Devra. "He is a true heir and will be a just King." Devra looks over the crowd "If you still wish to serve your dead God of Violence and War. You will fail" he emphasises. He looks at me and without saying anything leaves on his Oolvana. 

"Caelans!" Etienne orders and Oolvana's swoop in taking the Caelan's away disappearing into the skies. Two Caelans grab Arga arresting her while flying on their Oolvana.

More Oolvana swoop in and the Elixians and Ozeans disappear. Till all those are left are humans, Taissa, Vaira, Nerak,  Verta and Norvyr and their sons. I look at Hal whose eyes were bloodshot but his eyes didn't leave mine. Taissa pulls me into her arms and holds me close "Stay for a while on earth with Hal, till your King needs you" she says pulling away "Then return to Ozea" she smiles softly "I'll wait" I nod. Vaira smiles with a tear rolling down her cheek as she pulls me into her arms. 

"I'm always watching over you dear Lexie" she kisses my forehead. "You know how to call me when you need me" she smiles. I look back at Taissa who is whispering something to Hal. "Brothers" Vaira says to Verta and Norvyr. "You came" 

"Did we have a choice?" Verta smiles at Vaira hugging her. 

"Lexie" I turn to see Kyrr and Viktor beside him. I hug them both at once. 

"Viktor" we hear and pull away to look at Norvyr look at us. He then looks at Vaira "That's my son" he smiles. Vaira looks surprisedly at Viktor. He looks shocked at Norvyr. Taissa and Hal had joined us back. 

"We saw you leave the daughter of Elixia at the Domus Dei and thought it necessary she had protectors and brothers with her" Verta adds placing his hand over Kyrr's head. Kyrr looks at him shocked "You always did come looking for lions" Verta says to Kyrr shrugging his shoulders. Orro nuzzles his mane beside me. We see the Gods leave along with Nerak on Oolvana's. Verta had blessed both Kyrr and Viktor with lions. 

"Long live King Kal!" the crowd cheers as we walk back into the streets of Ayra. Rova runs to Kal and he smiles as she leaps into his arms. I return to my normal clothes and hold onto Hal's arm while we walk. 

My heart pounds louder as we enter the Palace of Ayra. "Brother!" Theffa says to Kal and Hal immediately stands protectively in front of Kal. "You must know, we didn't have a choice" The Princes and Princesses of Ayra kneel in front of Kal. 

"Myrre will decide who goes to the dungeons" Kal states as Myrre growls at Theffa. Myrre growls at the others. 

"Not Etym" I defend at Myrre and he yawns at Etym and continues to stride past them one by one. Hal looks at me confused. I shrug slightly and he furrows his brows at his siblings. 

"Send for mother" Kal tells Uri who nods quick and and leaves. "This will be the dawn of a new Ayra." he says to everyone and addresses everyone gathered. Once things settle, Hal pulls me by my arm and takes me inside a quarter. He shuts the door and looks at me. I smile and leap into his arms and he holds me tight. I pull away slightly and flood him with kisses. 

He rests his forehead against mine "Where are we without the other part of our soul?" he exhales. 

"We must meld together so our souls can reunite every time" I complete sighing and his lips capture mine. His hands hold my face in angle kissing me and then pulls away. I study his face and his eyes were teary. 

"I have never been more scared in my life" he confesses. "I cannot exist without you" he gulps "I simply ..... cannot" he exhales holding me closer to him. 

"I'm right here" I caress his cheek. He searches my face for something. I wrap my arms around his neck, his hands go behind my thighs lifting me into his arms. He walks with me towards the bed and sits with me. A tear rolls down his cheek making me teary eyed. I run the pad of my thumb across his cheek wiping his tear away and kiss his cheek softly. 

"Mine" he gulps gripping my waist tight and capturing my lips with his. I pull myself closer to his chest as I straddle him. Our kiss is fervent. The warmth between us increases. His arms undo my clothes while mine unwrap his cummerbund. We're both desperate for each other. Clawing at each others clothes. I kiss down his jaw and he grabs my hair pulling me away and angling my head so he can devour my neck with his tongue. 

His ravishing gaze following his every movement against my skin. His lips gentle yet urgent. His hands rough, yet loving. My moans get louder as he caresses my body with his hands. His hard member teasing my core. "Hal..." I exhale. "Hal...." I beg for some kind of relief as my stomach tightens. 

"Lexie..." he breathlessly says as his member pushes into me eliciting a gasp and gripping his hair as his arms guide me to grind against his member. Pleasuring me at a different level. 

"Hal..." I moan as he increases his pace. His hand moves between us as I writhe in his arms. His fingers find my bud and rubs at it making the pleasure course through me. "Hal.." I beg as I claw at his back with one hand and grip his shoulder with the other. Our eyes meet each other, both pleading with each other. Both having a silent conversation, telling each other everything and nothing. 

He pulls out of me and lays me on the bed. He kisses down my stomach and trails kisses up on the inside of my thigh. "I missed you" he lifts his head to say to me and I bite my lower lip. He smirks and lowers his head down between my legs. His tongue moves against my bud while his fingers make its way inside my wet core touching my pleasure spot within. His fingers pumping in and out of me as his tongue creates waves of pleasure by sucking on by bud. My back arches off the bed and drops when I push off the edge. My hips buck as he continues his torturous pleasuring. 

I pull him up by his hair and capture his lips with mine. Flipping us, so I am on top. I lower myself onto his hard member and move up and down his length while sucking at his neck. Our moans and grunts fill the air around us. We both move against each other in urgency as we release together. I collapse on top of him and feel a gentle kiss at the top of my head. 

"Will you take me to Gaia now?" I ask resting on his chest. 

"Gaia, Lyska.... everywhere" he smiles. 

"I love you" I say holding onto him raising my head a little and staring into his eyes. His hands come up to tuck my hair behind my ears.
