Izzie finally stopped the car in front of the large hole Mike had described. She stepped out of the car, heading to the trunk. As she and the kids pulled on goggles and face coverings to protect themselves from the toxic air, Steve fell out of the car with a string of grunts. "Hey where do you think you're going?" He asked Dustin. "What are you deaf? Hello?" He said after being ignored.

Izzie finished tying a bandana around her face and walked over to Steve. "Hey, look at me."  She said, grabbing his face and turning it to face her. "I need you to calm down, okay. They have this figured out, I promise we wouldn't be here if they didn't. Trust me okay. You promised Nancy we would keep them safe, so keep them safe." Steve nodded, and Izzie handed him goggles and a bandana along with his backpack and bat. "Okay, get yourself together and let's go."

Izzie took a deep breath of the fresh air, before following the kids into the hole. She slightly gagged as her feet hit the squishy ground. "I'm pretty sure it's this way." Mike directed.

"That pretty sure better turn into a really sure very fast Mike." Izzie quipped.

"I'm 100% sure just follow me and you'll know!" Mike yelled with an attitude as he began walking through the tunnel.

"Woah woah woah!" Steve scolded. "I don't think so, if any of you shits die out here me and Izzie get them blame. Got it? From here on out I'm leading the way. Let's go, come on."

The tunnels were dark and cold, it was eerie. Izzie couldn't help but shiver at the realization that she's been living everyday walking around with this place just below her feet. They kept walking through the tunnels until they reached an area where it seems multiple tunnels connected. "What is this place?" Max asked.

"Come let's keep moving." Steve pushed. They followed after Steve, but Izzie quickly turned around when she heard Dustin shrieking. She ran to the boy, trying to figure out what had happened to him.

"What happened?" Izzie asked. "Are you okay?"

"Shit shit shit!" He shrieked. "It's in my
mouth! It's in my mouth!" That really scared Izzie. They didn't know what any of this was, it could likely be toxic. The boy was on his hands and knees at this point, coughing violently. After a moment, a calmed down and looked up at them. "I'm okay."

"Are you serious?" Victorie sighed.

"Very funny." Steve grumbled as Izzie helped the boy back up. The group continued on, walking only a little further before Steve stopped. "Okay Wheeler. I think we found you're hub."
