Acceptance doesn't come easy like any sunrise. It's not something that you can find in any local store or in any city or town. It's not something that one can just ask and expect to have it on a golden platter. It's not something that you can learn from books, or the internet. It's not something that you can stumble upon on the streets nor in any other way. It's something out of my reach—always has been. I find it so hard to let go of things, to move forward and to live in the present. I've always been shackled in the past, full of remorse and sorrow. Perhaps it's because acceptance means accepting the reality that some things are bound to change and some would stay the same. That life is constantly changing and evolving. That begging for people to stay wouldn't make any difference than losing them. And that even if you bleed out, you have to keep going because that's how life works. That you'll have to live with it. And that's what I can't do. I can't live with it. My soul pleads in despair.
