Chapter 13~ The Book

Y/N RIDDLE POV:

That sentence was on my mind all week, why did he care. I see Harry running to me with a book of some sort in his hand. I ask what it is.

"Y/n it's your dad's." He says, I start to hear ringing in my ears and the next thing I saw was black.

"Y/n wake up" I hear Harry say. I'm in the hospital wing, I look around.

"What happened?" I ask confused.

"You fainted when I told you that this book is your fathers" he states holding up a book. I've never seen that book in my life. He shows my the gold engraving that says my dads full name.

"Holy shit" I mutter. Harry looks at me, I look at him.

What do we do?

It's been 3 days since Harry found my Dads diary, he wrote in it and talked to him. That's what we decided, he was going to write in it and see what happens. He told me all about this "memory" that he went in that involved my dads younger self. Maybe that's it, it's my dad's memory that has opened the chamber. Just where to find it.

During the month of me in the process of being animagus me and Harry found out that we can talk to snakes. I probably got it from my dad and Harry is the chosen one so I'm not surprised.

Draco has been staring at me, I've not really seen it but I catch him glancing from time to time.

Professor Mcgonagall came up to Me, Ron, and Harry and asked us to follow her. I thought it was weird and Harry just shrugged it off. We follow her to the hospital wing?

"This might be a shock to you" she says leading us to one of the beds; and there I see Hermione. She's petrified.

"She was found near the library along with this, does it mean anything to you guys" Professor Mcgonagall says holding up a mirror.

"No" Harry answered. She looks so peaceful, and I'm not, I look like I'm about to curse the entire school.

There was new rules because of how many people were being petrified, no one is to go out past 6pm and we have to be escorted to class with a teacher. Professor Mcgonagall said that if the person isn't caught that the school will close, and I am not having that happen. I'm going to find my dad and put a stop to this madness.

After curfew Ron, Harry and I all go under Harry's cloak to go to Hagrids, we need to talk to him about the chamber. We knock on his door and it flings open revealing Hagrid with a crossbow.

"What's that for?" Harry asks taking the cloak off of us.

"Oh nothing I was just expecting, well nevermind. Sit I just made a pot of tea." Hagrid says putting the crossbow down. As Hagrid pours the tea I notice that he's spilling it everywhere.

"Are you okay Hagrid?" I ask trying to break the silence.

"I'm alright" he responds almost about to drop the tea pot.

"Have you heard about Hermione?" Harry asked.

"Oh yeah I heard about that alright" Hagrid answers.

"Look we have to ask you something. Do you know who's opened the chamber of secrets?" Harry said demanding for answers.

"What you have to understand is-" Hagrid gets cut off by knocking on the door. He puts the cloak on us and pushes us out of the way. He goes to open the door and we see that Professor Dumbledore is at the door along with someone else. Ron says that it's Cornelius Fudge.
