Mistaken To Be A Spirit

After they finally managed to escape the AST by hiding in a building, both Neptune and the Bunny Spirit sighed in relief, Neptune even collapse while leaning at the wall completely exhausted at the sudden turn of events, and the puppet from the Spirit also let out a weird sound while moving around.

Though Neptune did notice that her wounds where magically healed as if they weren't there.. but I guess its because of her body... She thought. After all she did made Croire talk more about herself... specifically her past... Though Croire didn't tell any key factors, like who's her sister, how to transform, and she didn't even talk about how to break free from being banished.

Though Neptune did learn that she was somehow 'unique'.. not like any other Goddesses.

But Neptune wasn't happy with that answer, afterall being unique is sometimes a bad thing.

"Hey- !! Are ya okay? Or did those missiles did damage to your brain-?"

"Gahh-!?" Neptune yelped when she suddenly saw an enlarged Bunny face with an eye patch gazing at her.

"Oohhh-  man you have a loud scream, but kheheheeh it's your own dumb fault for not being aware" the Puppet cackled loudly while the Spirit was embarrassed.

"Neehh... I was just lost in thought! Plus I like daydreaming... Though by the way I didn't get your names.. oh I'm Neptune by the way." Neptune quickly asked and also adding her greeting to the Spirit. The said Spirit was fidgeting nervously while the Bunny didn't have any problem introducing itself. "We'll the names Yoshinon! Nice ta meet ya...er Nepitenui..?" Yoshinon tried wording out Neptune's name but it would always get it wrong.

Neptune just deadpanned at her name being butchered like that. Neptune guess that she can feel somewhat of Cannon Neptune's pain when someone can't pronounce her name correctly.

"If you're having a hard time saying my name then you can give me a nickname instead, how does that sound little buddy? And what about you? Care to share your name?" Neptune asked gently while looking at both Yoshinon and the Spirit. "Ah! Before I forget something!" Neptune quickly looking at her jacket and pulled the tome that contains a certain sleeping fairy.

"This is Croire, though she's sleeping right now so you can't meet her yet." But when Neptune look up she heard a sobbing sound.... Baffled and confused she turned to the sound only to see Yoshinon sniffling and having it's tiny hands around it's face as if it really is crying.

"Uwaahh... Poor Nepshi! She doesn't have any proper friends! So she talks to books instead and pretends they're alive or something!! Don't worry Nepshi! Yoshinon will be your friend! Neh right! After all as Spirit we need to stick together!" The Bunny declared while the Spirit nodded resolutely at Neptune's direction. Neptune's eye twitch at Yoshinon statement.

'Though Nepshi... What a cute nickname..' Neptune thought with a small smile.

But her smile became a little gloomy since somehow Neptune got a feeling that she'll sympathize with many characters in the future though.

"...and.. I'm Yoshino....so.. let's be... Friends?"

Somehow a soft and hesitant voice sounded out of the Spirit now identified as Yoshino. Surprised Neptune quickly look at Yoshino only to see her grabbing the top of her hood fully intending to hide her reddening face in embarrassment.

It was undeniable cute. Its helluva cute. This must be the world's treasure of cute. Somehow Neptune has the urge to protect this cute and shy kiddo. Though in reality Neptune and Yoshino seems to be the same age, but Neptune's mentality wasn't, and so she'll think of Yoshino as a little sister that she must protect from the pervert Kisser!
