"VetoDimension.

A Dimension where several nations can exist, however there are currently only seven active Nations in the present time.

Planeptune is the first of them. Celestia, the First Goddess, was given the title of True Goddess by the nation where she lived.

It was stated in history that only one nation should exist in Veto at first, but the so-called First and True Goddess, Celestia, broke the Dimension's law and rewrote reality, allowing it to generate various Nations and CPUs throughout lands.

Celestia's motivation for doing so was simply for PROGRESS, and as for the betterment of the Dimension as a whole.

As a result, she rewrote everything without fully understanding the implications of her actions.

She disregarded the previous law and rewrote everything to make it easier to create new nations, and the only way to do so was for the people to congregate in one precise location for an extended period of time in order to create a Share crystal.

Once a Share Crystal is created, it will continue to grow into a Power Symbol that represents the nation's strength and protection.

When the Share Crystal reaches its maximum potential, it will automatically manufacture a CPU by slicing off a portion of it and transforming it into a core-like heart for CPUs to live and be connected to their Nation.

Celestia, of course, would consider the benefits and drawbacks. The first should be Faith. When people's faith declines, the CPUs do not die, but the Share Crystal does not grow. If CPUs die from unknown causes, a new CPU replaces the old one by taking a portion of the Share Crystal and reducing its power and protection, making it more vulnerable to monster attacks. But only if the nation refuses to believe.

And if The Share Crystal still lacks faith the Nation would simply crumble and die. Along with it's unfaithful people.

People who refuse to believe in their own Nation and Protector, according to Celestia, are unworthy of life and should instead perish.

The CPU itself came in second. They aren't perfect, and they aren't indestructible; they can die, but only if they die in battle or from physical harm; they never die from sickness or hunger, and they don't age, so the CPU may keep their appearance.

Their power, however, will always be bound by the people's faith. If the people do not believe, the CPU's powers will be too weak, and if faith is missing, the CPUs will most likely be unable to turn into their HDD.

Celestia believed that making the CPU too powerful would be unfair to the people. For the sake of fairness, she decided that all CPUs would have the same flaw.

However, being a Planeptune CPU herself, Celestia admits having a soft spot for her home country and has granted the future CPUs of Planeptune to have one random ability that other nations lack, as well as allowing Planeptune to have two CPUs instead of one with the same portion as making one CPU.

Other nations began to dislike Planeptune because of this bias soon after the REWROTE, but they couldn't do much about it at the moment, so they vented their fury on the Planeptune citizens and their CPUs by doing all in their power to commit numerous nasty actions.....

-And even starting wars.

The people of Planeptune felt powerless at the time, and it wasn't really their fault for Celestia's favoritism, thus they were hesitant to battle with several nations who had already declared war against them.
