Somehow that heartfelt scene in chapter 13 didn't really last long much to my dismay….. of course it was broken by this lustful protagonist…. Asking a kiss from Yoshino after all that…

Shido you idiot.

Though it seems like Yoshino doesn't have a clue on what 'kissing' is exactly… it's kinda confusing, didn't Yoshinon tease Tohka about it?

You know? The more time passes by, it's hard to ignore that maybe Yoshinon is sentient... though only in Yoshino's hand and was only alive because of the mana inside Yoshino.

Though that's not really the point.

Since…..

Now we have this problem.

"…What is, a kiss?"

Dear God.

The ignorant and naive Yoshino asked us, looking rightfully confused at the words. While the atmosphere in the house became awkward.

Shido looks like he wanted to die right here and now, while I was busy glaring holes at Shido's dense head.

"Eh? Aah, that is...lips touching together, like this…" Shido tried desperately to explain but between his hesitant and awkward words, Yoshino still has no idea what Shido tried to explain to her.

"T.. touching..?"

…. damn….I guess that slight affection I had for Shido was gone now. Good thing for me but bad for Shido since he made himself look more of a pervert to others, ruining more of his fragile reputation.

But Yoshino did one thing that made both of you and Shido shocked to the core.

She leaned closely to Shido...And thrust her face up directly at the giant pervert's face.

"Like….t..this..?" Yoshino asked while her face was too close to Shido's sweaty face that instantly became bright red from embarrassment as the distance between Shido and Yoshino minimized as their lips almost touched... together..

"Uwaahh!?" I cried in surprise at what I had witnessed just now. If that pervert even moved his head closely towards Yoshino, I promise to punish him with all of my skills and I might not hold back. "Shido…!! You Perve-!?" Before I could finish my accusation, a familiar yet distressed voice interrupted me.

"Shido…! I'm sorry, I was—" then suddenly Tohka came barreling down towards us, but… had abruptly stopped in her tracks when her eyes fell towards this particular scene.

I can clearly picture this chaotic scene from her perspective, here I can show you in a neat paragraph:

[Yoshino and Shido looked like they were gonna kiss again.

And I, who was raising my good hand in mid-air filled with anger and hatred visible on my face, likely wanting to slap Shido's face to kingdom come. In my position I look like I'm some distressed girlfriend who caught her boyfriend having an affair with her beloved and pure sister right in front of her.

Not only that but the original girlfriend (Tohka) of Shido came barging in unexpectedly to apologize but stopped and stiffened up when she saw this scene…..]

It's like a three way scene...and a scum man in the center.

This… is why… I hated being a third wheel. It makes the situation worse, you know?
