Everyone awkwardly sat down on the sofa in the living room, looking uneasy, while Shido, Tohka, and Yoshino cast glances at the clingy Peashy who was sitting close to Neptune while she played video games on the TV, and towards the irritated Neptune who for some reason.... couldn't take away her glare to the ignorant Shido.
And on that point, Neptune then unexpectedly changes into regular modern clothes, rather than her typical black jacket and dark pale green T-shirt, with a dark purple mini skirt.

"Uhmmm.... Nep... Neptune... Ah-... Why... did you change... clothes...?" Yoshino's remark prompted Shido and Tohka, who had heard Yoshino's question, to naturally gaze at Neptune's attire, which had been changed without any notice.
The only response Yoshino received from Neptune was, "Hmph!" Yoshino casts a worrying glance towards the carefree Peashy before returning her gaze to her companion.
"Hmmm! Hmmm! Hmmm!?" Yoshino wondered aloud.
"Why so Glum, Chum? Ya suddenly got all prickly when ya came... So what's the snitch?" Yoshino, desperate for a way to get Neptune to talk, chose Yoshinon to speak in her place. "And who is this kid...Come on, tell your Aunt Yoshinon everything."
"Hmmph!" exclaims Neptune, turning her head away from the obnoxious puppet.
"... Well, I gave it my all... Now it's your turn, Big Sis Tohka...!" Yoshinon says dejectedly at first, only for its voice to light up when it mentioned Tohka.
"Huh..!? Why me..? Obviously if Neptune isn't talking to -you-, she won't absolutely talk to me!!" Tohka, who has been thrust into the spotlight so suddenly, panics and waves her hand flusteredly.
"But... Big Sis, I'm sure you secretly wanted to ask too... But you can't, caused you're all embarrassed, Right? Right? Hey? Big Sis-"
"You-!.. You obviously shouldn't blurt it out loud, you stupid rabbit!?"
"Woah-!"
"Hey..! Please don't fight.." Shido, witnessing a conflict brewing between the puppet and Tohka, intervened quickly before things got out of hand.
"Shido! Everything was this guy's fault...!? It started it! Clearly you saw it? Right?!"
"Ee-! Wrongo! It's this broad's fault! She's easily agitated... Geez, Clearly I'm the innocent party in this, Right? Shido?"
Both of them argued as they rapidly turned to seek Shido's input. The teen in question couldn't help but sweat as he watched the strangely familiar situation unfold.
