"Welcome to the final of strictly come dancing 2020" tess said as the nerves were going through Ellies head
Ellies mum and step dad were in the audience tonight, watching her and she's heard a rumour that Callum's also in the audience somewhere...but she didn't want to think about that
"Our strictly finalists...." Tess and claud said
The three other finalists walked out waving at the camera
"And finally singer and actor Joshua Basset with his partner Ellie daily"
Josh and Ellie walked down the steps for the final time dancing to the theme tune.
"First to dance is Harvey and Janette taking us back to week 1 with a jive"

Tonight was out of 90 points, but that didn't really matter. It's down to the public who wins
"What a way to open the show, but now it's Josh and Ellie with their musicals spectacular" tess said as a little vt rolled

All three judges were stood discussing which dance they would choose for each couple
"So josh and Ellie" Motsi said "now for these two I think maybe their tango, see the masculine side to him with definite improvements"
"You see I disagree there, I think maybe his week 1 cha cha. Take him the whole way back and with the hips from that samba. A perfect score" head judge Shirley said
"I disagree with the both of you, I loved his Argentine Tango but I think that there could of been a few improvements made" Craig said
"Right we'll let's make a decision
The camera then cut to just Craig on his own "I am delighted to be telling josh and Ellie what dance we have chosen for them, let's go do it now"
"Josh and Ellie" he smiled
"Hello"they both said
"First of all congratulations for making the final, I am here to tell you the dance which we have chosen for you to perform again, and it is the.....Argentine Tango darling" he said
"YES" josh said "PHANTOMS BACK BABY"
"Thank you Craig" Ellie said
Craig then stayed for a while and watched them dance

Maisie then performed her amazing samba receiving 29/30, and Jamie performing his Charleston
"Now we're moving onto the show dances, and kicking us off it's Harvey's and Janette

Whilst he was performing Ellie couldn't help but smile, but she was also pacing about. During their first dance Ellie saw callum in the audience, he's not sat near her parents though

"Ells it's our turn" josh said
"Right, sorry yeh let's smash it" she forced a smile

So our second dance this week is a completely new dance, the showDance" Ellie said
"What's the show dance" josh asked
"There are no rules, we can show off why we've done best this series, and can I just say I've had so so many ideas in mind" Ellie smiled
"I'm sure there amazing" josh smiled back
Clips were then shown of them rehearsing and Ellie having her daily giggle at josh

Drama at its finest
Josh and Ellie quickly made their way backstage so they could get ready for their last dance together.
Just as Ellie buckled up her shoes, Jamie and Maisie had finished their show dances and was now time for the final dances
"Dancing the American smooth, in a bid to be your strictly come dancing champions, HRVY and janette"

And so well deserved
Ellie was now starting to get emotional, knowing this was the last she would ever dance with josh
"Josh, go out there and smash it. I don't care what the result is tonight, I just care about the experience" she said hugging him "let's do it"

"This whole experience has been life changing" Josh's said "every week I've gone onto the dance floor and not cared about a single thing, it always felt like just me and Ellie dancing in a room, and all I cared about was to make her proud"
"Bassett you have done me so proud this series, and I couldn't have asked for anymore off you, just go out there tonight and do what you normally do" Ellie smiled
"Our final dance is our jive, the last time I will dance with Ellie on that floor, let's make it special" Josh's smiled

"Dancing the jive in a bid to be your strictly come dancing champions, Joshua and Ellie"
"YOU DID IT" ellie said when the dance finished
Yeh two were crying hugging each other, trying to get over the fact that this was their last dance together
Ellies mum and step dad were stood up crying proud of their little girl.
