The breakfast table was quiet as usual, but they haven't started the breakfast as the last one has still not arrived.
"Why are we waiting for her?" Yoongi grunts.
"Well, she's a friend now, almost a member so we respect that and we wait for her." Jin reasons.
"A member?" Jungkook chimes at the statement.
"She's never becoming one of us." Jimin growls at Jungkook. "She's no one to become one." He added.
"You very well know who she is to become a part of us Jimin." Jin eyes Jimin and Jimin just stares back in silence.
"Member? Jin-hyung you may have forgotten that it takes a certain qualification for that, and she doesn't qualify for that." Namjoon said.
Jin simply look back at Jimin who somehow looked nervous and tensed.
"Well in that case…" Jin looks at Namjoon "we can give her some leniency, just like Yoongi." Jin gestures towards Yoongi. "We chose him because of what he has achieved and what he is, not for where he comes from?"
"Why are you so willing to take her in? An enemy of ours?" Taehyung asks.
"The last time I remember someone beating the shit out of your asses, was her. All alone. Also to remind you, she's Jimin's nemesis, not ours exactly."Jin smiles to Jimin.
"If she's his enemy than she's enemy for all of us too, doesn't it work like that?" Hoseok asked frowning.
"Only if she is a problem for all of us, which she isn't. If I leave you, Jimin and her in a room alone, she'll probably beat Jimin's ass but not yours, if you don't nudge your nose in it." Jin said arching a brow up.
"Can you clearly say what your trying to say?" Namjoon clarified.
"What I am trying to say is that, if it's Jimin's problem, let him deal with it by himself. Why do we need to make her our problem too, when we can clearly avoid it?" Jin questions.
"First Jimin risked the disclosure of our cell locations to the police by bringing her there, and now he is risking our sensitive informations by bringing her here, letting her stay eventually." Jin looks at everyone's expression, knowing that his speech is working as everyone else looked suspicious towards Jimin.
"So you're saying that I am making a mistake?" Jimin asked Jin back.
"Not if we decide to make the right decisions for ourselves." Jin glances at everyone. "Namjoon, we can use her knowledge of her department in alot of ways from which we benefit from with no risk of our lose. And many more advantages, if…you all agree with me." Jin added.
Everyone else look at eachother, rethinking everything that happened in the house in the last few days.
"Jin-hyung have a point Jimin." Namjoon said.
Jin looked proud by his manipulation as he was able to convince the Namjoon, whose opinions really mattered in cases related to these topics.
"What will we profit in that hyung?" Yoongi asked Jin.
"As we know she's a good cop, a really good one. And with her skills maybe we could make her train our people." Jin suggests.
"No way that's happening. My people are already good enough." Jimin scoffs at Jin's suggestions but everyone else simply looks at Jimin with a 'really?' face.
"Well, now they're getting better. We don't need her." Jimin says.
"We have more goods in accepting her than rejecting her." Jungkook confidently assured, taking chance of the moment.
