Chapter 82

I was cleaning my dishes as I heard something fall in my room.
I sigh thinking that it's the cat that usually visits me somedays. So I went to my room, to check for it.

No one was there and it confused me. So I went back in the kitchen, and my heart fluttered after seeing him after all this time, just like it did before.

"What are you doing here Jimin?" I asked him as he swiftly glides infront of me, hands on my waist.

"I'm here to take you with me." He leans in and kisses me, I let him kiss me for a few moments as my mind processed the moment. I gently pushed him away after.

"You know I can't go." I removed his hands from my waist and went still continuing the dishes, as I frowned to myself.

"Why?"

"Because I can't. I'm a police officer, you're a mafia gangster. We can never be together in the first place. So the thought of us together, is impossible Jimin." I reasoned, while angrily wiping the dishes. He stands beside me and turns off the faucet. "Be attentive when I'm talking to you." He demands.

"Y/n, I'm Jimin. I can do anything. Nothing's impossible for me. And you're not a police officer anymore."

"That's the problem Jimin. You are the Park Jimin, mafia boss, while I'm Lee Y/n, an ex-cop, who is a suspect of treachery." I said as I looked into his eyes, his sad eyes.

"I'm taking you with me, and you're Jung Y/n before you're Lee Y/n." He sternly said.

"Even if I went with you, the police will search for me. The senior officials are already suspicious of me, and if I ran away with the Park Jimin, I'll be declared wanted, for treachery. And we would need to be running away, forever. Just running, and we won't have a stable life Jimin. It will be difficult." I said, harshly wiping the dishes, and he lifts me up and placed me on the countertop, wiping my hands with a towel beside me.

"Even our parents wanted us to run away Y/n. They never wanted all this for us. They wanted us to have a normal life. And I want to have that normal life with you, forever." He leans in, connecting our foreheads.

"Jimin. I want to go with you too. But…I don't want to declared as a snitch. From the first day of training we were taught that nation comes first, and family second, and I never did anything that could degrade my job, my position, and prove me a treacherous person. I don't want to be labelled that Jimin. But if I leave today with you. I will forever be guilty when I never did anything. I just…cared and loved." I look down at the floor.

"I won't let anything happen to you. You know that." He assured, as he holds my chin, making me look him into the eyes.

"I know." I pecked his forehead, hands swirling around his shoulders. "Then let's go." He says and pulled me closer to him. I just shook my head. "No. I can't Jimin."

"Enough saying no. You said no the last time too. I won't accept this again. And you chosed the most bad time to say that you loved me." He pecked my lips. "You said you loved me when I was leaving. If you said that before when I was with you, I would've showered all my love on you. I would've made you moan out my name as loud as you can while I made love with you. But you chosed the time when we were parting. You do know when to leave me wanting more don't you." He pecks my lips again.

"Jimin." I slowly stopped him, as I was feeling sad remembering the old times.

"Come with me." He said again.

"Jimin I can't. I can't put you in trouble."

"Not you. Lee Y/n can't run away with Park Jimin. But you can." He said.
