Your eyes opened slowly, blinking a couple of times and adjusting to the lighting of the room.
Knight was laying next to you on the bed, he raised his head in surprise after you twitched from awakening.
"Knight?" You stared at him, questioning in a dry voice from resting.
His tail wagging excitedly then came several barks through his fangs and vocals.
Todo and Choro immediately notice yet they still had their zombish quality of reacting with a groan.
Knight stopped barking when he gained the attention of the two zombies. He calmly wagged his tail while laying on the bed.
"(Y/N)?!" Todo exclaimed, excitedly. He rushed towards your bedside, though it looked like walking.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to worry you," you apologized, sincerely.
"No...okay," Choro reassured, smiling.
"Where is everyone?" You looked around the room.
Then Oso and Ichi along with Dekapan entered the room after hearing that Knight was barking earlier.
"(Y/N), how do you feel?" Dekapan asked, concernedly.
"Better after the rest, thanks." You smiled at him after answering his question.
"Glad to hear that," Dekapan answered, smiling.
"Still..."
"Hm?" Dekapan looked up at your face and saw that it was one filled with heavy tension.
"I am very sorry for what happened before." You looked down feeling guilty.
"There is no need to worry about that, (Y/N)," Dekapan reassured, smiling calmly. Then he requested, "Actually, we need to discuss your behavior if you are ready to get up."
"Oh, sure." You carefully stood up from the bed.
Dekapan nodded then walked out of the room and back into the main lab.
The four zombies: Todo, Choro, Oso and Ichi were surprised to see you standing.
Knight had raised his head as well, concerned by your energy.
You noticed their expressions and reassured, "It's nothing, I am feeling alright now."
However, that answer did not really place them in a sense of ease.
They followed you into the laboratory after your departure from the room.
Noticing the four zombies and Knight behind your back, you shrugged it off due to the discussion that you would have with Dekapan later.
"Oh, (Y/N)!" Dayon called out, happily. He had a huge silver plate in his hands.
"Dayon, what are you doing?" You asked. Your eyes wandered to the plate in his hands.
"Oh, I was just preparing dinner for tonight," Dayon answered.
"Oh," you responded. Then you looked at the four zombies and looked back at Dayon, asking, "Do you need any help?"
"Oh, just a little." Dayon nodded his head, realizing that he may need the extra help.
You turned to the four zombies and Knight then you asked, "Can you four help Dayon with dinner?"
They all nodded their heads then walked over to assist with Dayon.
You smiled after sending them to help with dinner for tonight. Then you looked at Knight and asked, "Do you want to come along with me?"
