The rain had stopped pouring as you and the five zombies rested under a tree including Osomatsu who was still looking dead on Karamatsu's back.
You looked at Oso, feeling thankful to him and at the same time, the saddness about what happened.
The other five looked sad well you think they were.
You had no time to waste on sorrow since it was still survival.
Although, you felt like crying but your tears were dry as a desert.
You told the other five to watch Osomatsu as you would go scavenge for food and a place to stay.
It was not a long walk as you hid behind a bush and stare at a house.
There were zombies blocking a small house, about 4 zombies you could see from your view.
You threw a rock the opposite way from the house.
If you had to kill them then you would have, only when it was necessary.
When the zombies followed the sound of rock, they went towards it and you had a chance to scavenge the house.
Quietly, you sneak into the house and being cautious with every movement you made.
The house seem abandoned but it was rare to find one like it.
When you were checking the cabinets for food then suddenly, a man choked you with his arm around your neck.
As his hold was tight but you were not going down without a fight.
You backed up and pushed him against a wall, knocking him off of you.
Instantly, you pulled out a knife and said,” Look, I really do not want to fight or kill you.”
He wrapped the blood he coughed from his lips and replied,” Try it then”
“Without hesitation.”
He charged towards you as you dogged to the right.
You noticed the zombies from outside walking in the house since the door was wide open.
You grumbled,” Damn.”
The man yelled,” I will finish you off!”
“Go ahead and try it wasn’t going to do any good anyways.”
“You little brat!”
He pulled out a pocket knife and immediately charged at you once more.
This time, the knife was penetrated into your arm and the wound was deep.
You had a idea and instead of killing him, a idea popped into your mind.
The zombies were walking towards you and the man as his knife was still jammed into you.
He shouted,” You are going to die right here, right now!”
"No way!"
You punched him so hard that he fell into the zombie, getting eaten and bitten.
This gave you a opening to run away and head back to the five zombies you knew that had your trust.
In the distance, you saw them.
You could not believe your eyes when you saw Osomatsu getting up and moving like nothing happened.
The knife that was still stabbed into you, caused your smile to faded into worry.
Osomatsu saw you and instantly ran to your side.
He spoke,"....(Y/N)...."
The other five also ran to your side as you fell onto your knees.
Jyushimatsu caught you as your face turned as they are.
Karamatsu looked as if he was about to cry.
Choromatsu looked seriously worried.
Ichimatsu looked panicked and didn't know what to do.
Jyushimatsu who held you in his arms, looked like he was going to cry as well.
Todomatsu looked at Osomatsu with a concerned face.
He said,"...Oso...what..do?.."
You knew they may not show it on their faces, you knew that they were worried like it was their end of the world.
Osomatsu got up and said,"...idea…."
You didn't know what they were saying but you hope you rest without resting forever.
As you closed your eyes, you hoped just that.
~Matsu POV~
Todo: "Osomatsu...what do we do?.."
Osomatsu got up and said,"I have an idea.."
He looked at them and then looked at you with a concerned look.
As you closed your eyes, Oso directed his brothers.
Oso:"Karamatsu, go find something to cover the wound."
Kara:"Right, I got it."
Oso:"Choromatsu, get some water but not affected water."
Choro:"Okay."
Oso:"Ichimatsu, try to remove the knife without hurting her."
Ichi:"I will try to."
Oso:"Jyushimatsu, keep her laying on you."
Jyushi:"Sure, Osomatsu."
Oso:"Todomatsu, defend (Y/N) from other people or zombies."
Todo:"Alright."
Osomatsu knew that he would have to deal with your wound and make sure it would not be affected.
He waited for the others to return with what he needed.
