PLOT: Today is bottle's birthday and everyone celebrates and gives her present but Tree (boyfriend) decides to wait until she gets the last gift opened so he could lend out his gift last...

3rd POV

It was a special birthday no one could ever forget. It was fun, amazing, and very special. Especially for a specific couple that have been together for a long loving 15 years.

Tree's POV

I woke up earlier than usual to start the birthday party for Bottle. She's an oblivious girl which I absolutely love about her. I go in the closet to grab a few party things and decorations. Her birthday was on December 15th. Her birthday means the world to me.

I take out all the supplies and decorate the house a little to celebrate. Bottle is such an amazing girl and so considerate despite being a bit immature. It's kinda cute to see her childish self.

Speak of the devil, she hugs me from behind and kisses my neck.

"G'mornin..."
"Morning lovey...what are you doing up so early?"

"I was cold..."

"Of course you were..." I turn around to hug her and kiss her forehead.

"Why don't you go back to bed and I'll start making breakfast for us?"

"Nuh uh...I wanna stay with you..."

"But I-"

"No excuse, I'm staying with you..." I sigh while holding her hand.

"Alright fine..." He lowers himself so that Bottle can put her light self on Tree's back to carry her. Once she latched onto his neck, Tree grabbed her legs and carried her. Afterwards they went to the kitchen to cook Bottle's favorite.

Marshmallow pancakes...

Tree starts mixing in some flour, eggs, and milk. Once finishing the batter he pours some of it in the pan before grabbing the marshmallows to put on top of the mixture in the pan. The batter begins to cook and harden while the two look at it in awe as the scent fills their nostrils with content and pleasure of the powerful smell.

"Smells nice hun..."

"You always say that"

"I just wanted you to know yanno?" I nod while flipping the now cooked side to the runny. After about an hour of making and eating pancakes we were hanging out on the couch relaxing to a cringe worthy romcom.

Bottle was playing on my lap while I was on my phone. I was texting the Death P.A.C.T group to come to our house for Bottle's birthday party. We all knew bottle would find out whatever surprise we all held as a group. But not to my surprise...

I know she won't find out until later on...

The party was going to start at 3 in the afternoon. A perfect time for his secret surprise...

It hit 3 eventually and everyone was already at the house by 1 since they all knew the party was gonna be late.

We all hung out for a bit with Bottle's gifts on the couch and the food all laid out.

"Happy birthday B! Now that we're done with eating cake why don't you start opening your presents??" The happy innocent girl nods while rushing to the pile of presents she had. I smile lovingly. Pen nudges my arm a little.

"Ey, why aren't you goin to her? 'Fraid you gonna catch feels again when you're ALREADY dating?" I roll my eyes.

"Pen shut it. I'm not the one with a boyfriend who he barely hangs with anymore. There was a dramatic gasp before he put the back of his hand to his forehead.

"How mean." I chuckle while looking at the small box with an engagement ring inside. The red outer shell.

"Oooh is someone gonna-" I covered the boy's mouth and told him to shut up but not admittedly. I could see his happiness through his eyes.

I let go of him while he smirks.

"Well what are you waiting for, go tell em now!"

"Not now!" I sighed before opening the box.

"I just want it to be the perfect time...so she can see this as the last one..." I look at the ring inside the red box with sad eyes.
"Come on now why the long face?"

"It's just...I know we've been dating for years and such but I dunno if she's ready yet..."

"What? Boi I swear to god I will tell you now she is ready! Look at her!" I look at the girl to see her unraveling gifts. The gift she opened was a box full of dolls. She loves dolls.

"You really think that person's gonna leave you? She's been loyal to you for over 5 years already! That's a sign that you guys are both ready for the big question!" I look down at the ring to see it shimmer with seven diamonds on the top and a beautiful golden ring.
"I guess so then...but I'm telling her later. After all the presents are given!" Pen nods before we hear the others calling us to come by.

"Hey tree darling! Look look! I got a night light as a dinosaur!" I look at my love to see her with a dinosaur nightlight and her poking it which changes into five other colors before it turns off.

I chuckle a little before walking to her and pulling her to my lep. She blushes openly while getting another gift.

"Is that the last one love?"

"Mhm!"
I kiss her cheek which makes her giggle adorably.

"Bottle can you get off me for a minute?"

"Hm? Oh! Okay!" She picks herself up and I do too.

"So why do you want me to stand up?"

"Just...turn around for this okay?"

"Why can't I just face you?"

"Want a blindfold instead?"
"...fine..." She turns around and I look at the box in my hand.

"Wait...is that a-" before Liy was able to speak she was shut up from remote. I sigh while thanking her before talking with the box in my hand.

"We've known each other for...25 years, our whole lives basically...I still can't believe how...fast...things went and now...we're here...your 25th birthday...I feel so happy that you were able to grow up with me...being my girlfriend or whatever you think we are..." I hear that same sweet giggle I've heard since day one. I smile unconsciously while blushing.

"But...I don't want to be boyfriend girlfriend anymore...before you say anything. I want to be more...so...before you turn around..." I kneel down and sigh.

"Bottle...turn around..." I see her beautiful crystal blue hair move with her to see her lovely eyes. Now glossy from holding in her tears while I open the box to show the diamonds there.

"Brianne Crystals...will you no longer be my girlfriend and...be there for the rest of my life..?" my partner covers her mouth before letting some tears out.

"...yes...yes yes yes yes yes! Tree yes!" she runs to me as I pick myself up just in time for her to hug me. I laugh while I hug her back. We hear cheering and clapping.

"This is the best proposal ever!"

"Yeah! Tree you went all out and in a stealthy way! Anyways, tree bottle! Happy...uhh..." the boy with the blue jacket trails off, thinking before hesitantly continuing his unfinished sentence.

"Happy...engagement..?" we giggle before nodding. We celebrate the rest of the nights hanging out and such.
