PRIDE MONTH SPECIAL (I love you) FINAL PART

Pin can see the recognizably big tree next to the playground full of splinters. She smiles at the area with nostalgia. She remembers all the things she's done with Leafy here. It was never a dull moment either. There was always something major going on. Pin looks around at the area confusingly.

Where was Leafy? Didn't she want Pin to meet her at the tree? Why wasn't she there? Maybe Pin wasn't close enough to see her. She walks closer in an attempt to see where the girl with the familiar bright green hair was. 

"Pin!" Pin heard her name from further away. She could recognize the high-pitched voice. She tilts her head in an attempt to hear this person some more. She could hear it coming from the playground area. She walks over toward the area and finds Leafy waving from beneath the jungle gym. Pin smiles while seeing Leafy. She could feel the heat in her cheeks and the sweat in her hands. 

Pin pulls out her phone and calls her father to let him know that she is safe and with Leafy. She then walks towards the girl excitedly and crawls beneath the jungle gym with Leafy. 

"Pin! I haven't seen you in forever!" Said Leafy while hugging pin. Pin hugs back with the feeling of her legs turning weak and her arms having a certain weight pulling her down. Pulled her down too much since both Leafy and her fell to the ground, Leafy's back to the ground, and Pin's face near Leafy's.

The two laugh in the position while staying that way. Pin and Leafy have been friends forever, so cuddling wasn't uncommon for the two girls. However, this felt different for Pin. It felt like her pulse was in sync with Leafy's. It felt like Leafy's touch was ever-so gentle on Pin's skin. 

"I missed you so much..." Leafy said happily. Pin couldn't agree more.

She never realized how much she missed Leafy, but when she did, she couldn't help but stay glued to Leafy. The two girls stay cuddling for another five minutes before Leafy pushed Pin away, much to Pin's surprise. 

"Alright. Well, we need to get this thing addressed." Leafy said while pulling out a letter. Pin looks at Leafy in confusion.

"Wha..? Who are you meeting here? Firey?" Pin asked. Leafy tilts her head to the side confusingly.

"Uhm, no? I was told from this letter to meet you here?" Leafy asked. Pin made a noise in bewilderment. There was no way she sent a letter. 

"No, I didn't? Not that I remember.." Pin said while scratching her cheek. Leafy opens her letter and started reading it out loud.

"'I want to tell you something important. It's about my...' feelings'. Please meet me here at 8:00 PM sharp.' it said here." Leafy said. Pin hummed. Maybe she did make her a letter and she doesn't remember. Even if she didn't, it wasn't wrong about the feelings thing. She did have a few things about these emotions that she wanted to ask Leafy.

"Well, the letter isn't wrong. I am having trouble with some feelings I am currently having." Pin said while crossing her arms. She begins to turn red while Leafy coos at Pin.

"Ms. Feelings here for the rescue! Whaddya need to know?" Leafy asked. Pin looks at the curious girl and blushes. Why did that one look at Leafy make her feel...weird?

"Just now...when I looked at you. I felt very...what's the word?" Pin tried finding the words. Leafy waited patiently and took that time to sit in a different position that doesn't have the ground poking at her legs. 

"Like...you looked very...pretty- just now." Pin said while scratching her head confusingly. Leafy creases her eyebrows while humming to let Pin know her attentiveness. Pin continued from there.

"And the past month, I have been only thinking of you. Sure, there are some other things that I thought of, like school and home life. Like I have a new dad right now! Crazy, right? Never thought my mom would find someone she trusts like Mr. Tacky, but...even when I thought of my new dad," Pin said while turning towards Leafy. Her eyes glistened underneath the dimly lit playground. Pin didn't realize how close their faces were.

"I...thought of you." Pin said. She didn't realize what feeling she had, but she felt warmth on her lips. Pin closes her eyes while in the moment. Was she really kissing Leafy right now? It feels nice, but it feels...

Pin takes her lips off of Leafy's slowly and looks up at her eyes after looking at her silky smooth lips. It felt amazing. Peaceful. She felt like she could do that again and she wouldn't get bored.

"I..." Leafy started. After the high of kissing Leafy was only when Pin realized what she did.

"I kissed you?" Pin asked. Leafy bashfully nodded. Pin puts her fingers onto her lips.

"I've...been wanting to kiss you...for so long." pin admitted before covering her mouth. Leafy's eyes widened. Pin could feel the churning in her stomach.

"Oh god...I feel like this was a bad idea...I don't know why my stomach feels so...heavy." Pin asked. She places her hand on the floor not caring about the tears it made on her skin.

"I feel like...like leaving's the best choice right now." Pin said while attempting to kick her legs up. However, she was stopped in her tracks. She turns to find her hand being held by none other than Leafy. Pin could feel something coming up her throat and her heart aching.

"I feel like...I wanna cry...and leave." Pin admits. Leafy shushes Pin while pulling her closer and petting her head comfortingly. 

"Let it out.." Leafy said. Pin lets her walls down and begins crying. She didn't understand why she felt this way because Leafy could never hurt Pin. Not even emotionally. Leafy couldn't handle hurting anyone, Pin especially. So why only now is Pin thinking that their friendship's at risk.

"This is worse than the day you were finding out about your sexuality, huh?" Leafy noted. She's right. Pin has never cried this badly ever since the day she tried finding her interest in love. 

"T-this is...horrible...li-ike...why only now am I thinking that- that you're gonna hate me- because of this." Pin stuttered while crying. Leafy shushes Pin some more while Pin silenced her cries with whines and whimpers.

Eventually, Pin fell asleep. Again. Leafy sighs while looking at the girl.

"What am I gonna do with a girl like you..?" Leafy smiled. She pulls out bracelets and ring sets. She pulls onto Pin's left hand and slips on the bracelet before tightening it. She then adds the ring to Pin's right ring finger. She smiles while looking at the bracelets with Pin's name engraved onto the gold ring. Leafy then looks at her own ring with her name engraved and slipped her bracelet and ring on before pulling Pin closer to herself. 

Leafy slowly pulls Pin's face towards hers. She then lightly pecked Pin's lips before pulling Pin closer to herself. She then hugs pin comfortably before closing her eyes peacefully.

Explanations can come tomorrow. For now, her and Pin are at peace as of right now.
