"Now then, let me explain the rules of the household trials. You will display your evidence and then vote who you think is guilty. If you vote right, the culprit gets punished. If you vote wrong, everyone except the culprit will get punished and the culprit can leave." Herobrine explained.
"That doesn't sound so bad." Ian shrugged.
"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you what a punishment is." Herobrine grinned. "They're executions."
We gasped and widened our eyes. "Now then, let's start!"
I looked at everyone in terror and looked at the sign with Jordan's face and a pink X through it. If I don't prove my innocence, everyone will be executed! I looked at Ty hopefully and he mouthed 'wait'. "Well, we know that the weapon was a kitchen knife, and the wounds were in his side and in the back of his neck." Seto explained.
"There was a bloody rag so then his death would be less noticeable." Bodil added.
"There was orange and blue glass too." Tyler reminded. "And the orange glass was covered with blood."
"But Jason couldn't find his helmet this morning. The culprit probably smashed the visor and dipped the glass in the blood." Ty added.
"Yeah, the culprit wouldn't do that, they would be noticed to easily!" Adam smiled.
"It would be Dan then...?" Brice asked.
"The culprit must've took both colours in an attempt to frame both of us." Dan suggested.
"That would be possible." Ian agreed.
"Okay, was anyone in the kitchen last night?" Bash asked.
"Me and Bodil were." Simon replied.
"Did you see anyone come in?" Rianna asked.
"All I remember is everything going black." Bodil answered. "Simon?"
"Ditto." Simon replied.
"Well that didn't help." Ian sighed.
"Lets go back to the glass." Seto suggested. "Dan has his goggles now."
"I have more than one pair ya know." Dan sighed.
"Wait." Mitch commanded. "Dan and Jason could've been working together. It never said that you couldn't in the rules right Herobrine?"
"I don't care how you murder." Herobrine chuckled. "But only the person who murdered gets the credit... Or death."
"I would think that Jason committed the murder." Ian admitted. "There was more orange than blue glass and the orange glass was covered in blood."
"Ditto." Tyler nodded.
Most of the people agreed. No. I didn't commit the murder! I have to prove it! I looked at Ty hopefully. Ty gave me a small smile and looked at everyone else. "I have a piece of evidence to display."
"Sure." Seto nodded.
"I found this by Jordan." Ty took the piece of paper out of his pocket and shown it to everyone. "It says 'DA'."
"It could've been someone else who wrote it too." Dan added. "We have no proof Jordan wrote it."
"But we do." Ty pulled a book out of his pocket. "I found software downloaded in my headphones. I am Ultimate Minecraft Level Tech for a reason. Anyways, it had everyone's writing in it for some reason and I copied it into this book."
Ty opened the book and flipped pages until he stopped. He held the paper and book side by side to show us. "It's a bit squiggly but it's closest to his writing."
"It was Dan then?!" Ian gasped.
"I told you it wasn't me." Dan narrowed his eyes.
"All the evidence leads up to you." Ty insisted.
"But it wasn't me!" He protested.
"The evidence is correct." Seto pointed out.
"Evidence doesn't lie." Brice nodded.
"You lost." Quentin sighed.
Dans face turned red. "No... No... It-it wasn't me... You're just..." He gripped his stand. STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! THE EVIDENCE IS LYING!!! JASON DID IT!!! I SWEAR TO NOTCH HE DID IT!!!"
"Okay, if you think that the evidence is lying, why don't we add up the evidence?" Seto asked.
"Jordan died from two knife wounds in his side and neck and a bloody cloth was used to clean it up." Tyler started.
"There was orange and blue glass shards too, but the orange glass had blood on it." I added.
"But then I found the sheet of paper by Jordan that said 'DA' on it. It was a bit squiggly but it matched up to Jordan's writing. There you have it, Dan murdered Jordan." Ty finished.
"DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! YOURE ALL SO DUMB!!!" Dan screamed.
"Well, how 'bout we vote?" Herobrine asked. "Vote by pressing the button in front of you."
A few seconds later a board appeared and started flashing each of our faces in each slot. Dans face appeared once. Twice. Three times. "Correct! The murderer of Jordan is... Dan!" Herobrine announced. "For the Ultimate Minecraft Level Minecarter, I have a special punishment!"
He hit a button and a screen shown Dan standing there, than Herobrine grabbing him and pulling him off. The words on the top said, 'GAME OVER'. The ones on the bottom said, 'Dan was voted guilty, time for his punishment'.
-Minecart Race-
Dan was strapped in a diamond minecart with a long track of powered rails in front of it. Herobrine pushed a button and the minecart pushed forward slowly then it got faster, and faster, faster, faster, faster until it was a blur. A crash was heard and there was lots of smoke.
When the smoke cleared nothing was there. Except for a crushed diamond minecart.
-END-
Our eyes were wide. We never expected the punishment to be so brutal. "That isn't the only good news! Here you go!" Herobrine exclaimed and the cages from earlier appeared and they opened.
We all went to grab our possessions and then looked back at the minecart. "W-What do you want from us?" Brice asked.
"Despair." Herobrine smiled.
