Chapter 9: AlterForm

Brice took us to the locker room and we looked inside. "It w-was in that l-locker..."

I opened it up. "Isn't this that hologramic alarm clock we found?"

"Uh... Y-yeah... It c-came out of i-it." Brice stuttered.

I noticed a power button and pressed it. The top glowed lime green and a lime green figure appeared. "Master?" It asked.

"It looks just like Ty, except it's a hologram..." Seto trailed off.

"Where's Master?" He asked looking at us.

"Does he mean Ty?" Adam asked.

"Yes! Where's Master Ty?" The hologram smiled.

"F-First of all, who are you?" Bash asked.

"Oh! I'm AlterForm, an artificial intelligence program!" He greeted. "Right now, I'm trying to find data through time, and I've found some, which I believe connect to this mansion. Now my question, where's Master?"

"Ty was murdered by Bodil." Seto sighed.

AlterForms smile dropped. "O-oh..."

The room was silent for a few minutes and Simon went in front of Alter. "Simon?" Alter tilted his head.

"D-do you hate B-Bodil?" Simon stuttered. "D-do you hate m-me for not st-stopping him?"

"Do you feel responsible for Ty?" AlterForm asked.

"U-uh... Uh..." Simon sputtered.

"Don't worry!" Alter tried to form a smile. "All that matters is that... Uh... He's in a better place now. Yeah! That!"

Simon sighed. The room was quiet again. Until Jerome spoke up. "Alter, what did you find?" Jerome asked curiously.

"Oh! That this guy named Martin gave the Mansion to." Alter replied.

"To who?" Seto asked.

"It doesn't say." AlterForm hung his head. Then his face lit up. "But it says something about The-Most-Despairing-Incident-In-Minecraftian-History that the mastermind triggered."

"What would The-Most-Despairing-Incident-In-Minecraftian-History be?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, I don't know that." Alter apologized. "All I know is the info Master gave me, and bits of what happened in this mansion and stuff surrounding it."

"Like...?" Tyler asked.

"Only The-Most-Despairing-Incident-In-Minecraftian-History and the mastermind I believe... I have no idea what it's about though." AlterForm nodded.

-TIME SKIP-

"Okay doods! Welcome to the big feast!" Jerome exclaimed.

"Yeah! There's potates, watermelon, icing, cake, raw fish..." Tyler trailed off.

"I made the cake!" Ian stated proudly.

"What's all of this noise about?" Quentin asked walking into the room. "Oh right... That."

"C'mon, stay!" Adam urged. "I wanna sing a few songs for you guys!"

"No." Quentin started to walk away.

Adam grabbed his arm. "Coooooooome oooooooooon." He whined.

"Fine." Quentin huffed.

"Dig in!" Rianna shouted.

-TIME SKIP-

The next few days went by slowly. We noticed that the locker room has no cameras so we talked to Alter a lot. I was wandering in the halls and saw Rianna walking briskly down the hall. When she went past me she whispered, "I'm an accomplice."

"Huh?" I asked but she already went away.

-TIME SKIP-

Me, Adam and Ian were talking and we heard a scream. "That was Ri!" Ian gasped.

Another scream. "Tyler!" I stood up.

"Come on!" Adam commanded.

The three of us ran to the sounds of the screams. We found Tyler in a stairwell. His glasses were chipped and there was bruises on him. "Tyler!" I shouted.

"I was attacked..." Tyler muttered. "It hit me with that iron ingot." He pointed to a ingot lying on the floor.

"It has a one on it." I picked it up.

"Why would someone write a number on a ingot?" Adam muttered.

"To confuse us maybe." Ian suggested.

"Anyways, I saw it go down that hall." Tyler pointed to the left.

We raced down there and found Ri in the library. Her head was covered with blood. "A-a iron golem attacked me..." She stood up shakily. "I-it hit me with that ingot."

There was another ingot on the floor with a number two painted on it. "Another ingot?" Ian asked.

"C'mon, let's get you to the emergency room and clean you up." Adam suggested.

"Wait, we have a emergency room?" I asked.

"Oh yeah, I forget to tell you guys..." Adam smiled sheepishly. "I found a door behind some paintings and there was an emergency room inside!"

We took Rianna to the emergency room and went. A few minuets later there was a scream. "Tyler again!" I shouted.

We found Tyler in the dorm halls. "What happened?" Adam asked.

"I was shoved into the wall." Tyler explained. "I thought I was done for, so I screamed. The iron golem that attacked me ran to the right."

"That's where the emergency room is!" Ian shouted. "Riannas in there!"

All four of us ran to the emergency room and opened the door.

Hey guys, sorry for the long update! As you know, I'm writing more than 50 books... So yeah... I'm gonna be taking a little break from writing this book. DUN HATE! APPERIESHATE!
